Special Features
  • Lightsabre Resistant
  • Blaster/Energy Weapon Resistant
  • Ballistics Resistant
Detailed Special Features
  • Lightsaber Resistant: Being constructed mainly out of phrik, the armor is valued for being very protective and has an efficient defense against lightsabres. A plus side to it being rather light yet durable.

  • Blaster/Energy Weapon Resistant: An armorweave underlay helps to dissipate the effects of blasters/energy weapons.

  • Ballistics Resistant: Small arms fire as well as smaller caliber rounds wouldn't give phrik armor much an issue, yet the threat of armor piercing and/or heavy slugs could potentially crack and pierce through.

  • HUD: The armor possesses a display within the visor of the helmet, allowing the wearer to scan terrain, read vitals, detect lifeforms, and alert the host of hazardous environment probabilities.

  • Oxygen: Fitted with a 30 minute resupply of breathable air in case the host should be exposed to the vacuum of space/poisonous air.

Strengths:
  • [+] Nothing Fancy: Fairly straightforward, the armor and its components do not come with a variety of complicated or trivial features. Its purpose is to protect.

  • [+] Aura: The armor itself bears a signature all of its own within the realm of the Force, bearing the corruption of its previous owner. This itself can help amplify the wearer's own natural abilities.
Weaknesses:
  • [-] Haunted: Due to where it was found and its unknown origin, there isn't exactly much telling why this suit of armor became so tainted. Perhaps through means of alchemy or simply the devotion its previous owner showed towards the Dark Side of the Force; however, it has the tendency every now and again to invade the wearer's conscience and override their morality, causing them to become numb to the thought of extremist actions or unsactioned violence.

  • [-] Exposure: Not every area of the armor is covered with phrik plating, thus leaving areas of opportunity for an enemy to focus on picking at exposed joints only covered by armorweave.

Description: During a hectic and overwhelmingly confused, brief time in Abraxas' travels, the thought-to-be Sith defector rebelled from a cell of Jedi that aimed to bring others with the gift of the Force into one coalition to ward off those that meant the galaxy harm. Unable to cope with the philosophy, Abraxas lashed out and escaped from the group to seek himself and understand why he would bring himself to treason his Sith brethren. And so he traveled far, far away.

Upon finding himself alone, the man of twisted morality also happened upon a peculiar cave while traversing the wilderness of Korriban. The cave itself emitted faint whispers, residual bickering of many that had argued among themselves due to insanity - or among groups of ancient Sith that could not bond for various reasons.

Abraxas knew all too well what it would mean to enter such a cave, and in an impulsive attempt to rediscover what it truly was to be Sith, the broken man walked into the pitch black maw, embracing the wicked presence within. Pain racked the murderer's skull, his breathing becoming shallow and ragged as he ventured further until it almost felt like mortality's end was nigh. But then a sight to behold ceased his concern with the right or wrong of the predicament.

An unmarked tomb stood before him, beckoning the Sith closer in a rather sinister manner. Pushing the subconscious desire into his mind that there was something that it could give him - a gift. The whispers began to grow stronger and louder, causing an intense ringing in Abraxas' ears until he finally reached a small chamber. There before him, encased in a transparent pod, was a suit of armor still perfectly intact.

Like the whispers from before, it too beckoned him to take it. The gift.

It's a unique phrik Armor that has naturally been imbued with the Darkside. Balanced enough, I believe.

Approved Pending Secondary.
