APPEARANCE
Sabbicus Warspite otherwise known as just 'The Warspite" bears the unmistakable presence of a war-weathered tactician.
Tall and broad-shouldered, his frame suggests the discipline of a man who has spent a considerable number of years commanding soldiers across the New Imperial Order and private mercenary groups though none quite so large as the InterStellar Regulators.
His silver hair has become unkempt over the years of wearing a ornamental helmet though it is still cut to regulation according to the Imperial Handbook, though it exposes a heavily scarred face that tells the tale of a designated survivor who has beaten the odds no matter the chances against him though understanding that some conflicts are not winnable even with a sizeable sum.
He wears a highly pressured and sealed battle suit with a small hint of Mandalorian inspiration for the overall shape of the pauldrons and chestplate though visually distinct from a difference.

Warspite is a master of battlefield logistics and rapid deployment. He can predict engagements with chilling clarity, having spent decades in high-stakes conflicts. He leads from the front when necessary, often using unorthodox tactics that trade convention for absolute results.

Warspite has endured battle after battle, from the collapse of the New Imperial Order to the rise of the High Republic.
He possesses extensive training in combat techniques and is skilled with a variety of weapons, including swords, maces, both physical and energy shields, rifles, grenades, and has some martial arts training. This diverse skill set enhances his survival odds on the battlefield, even against elite force users.

PERSONALITY & BELIEFS
Warspite is a man of iron principle and quiet calculation. He believes that order is something earned through strength and sacrifice not bartered in Senate halls or dictated by noble blood. Loyal to those who serve him faithfully, he has little patience for incompetence and even less for corruption though will turn a blind-eye when it suits the InterStellar Regulators such as accepting payment from both sides of the conflict then assisting neither.
BACKGROUND
Much of Sabbicus Warspite's life before the Regulators is obscured, either by design or by deletion. He served with distinction in the Trade Federation's military structure during 902 ABY, participating in actions that remain sealed by executive order.
Some whisper he led black-flag operations beyond the Hydian Way; others say he turned on his own superiors when their methods crossed a line even he couldn't stomach.
Whatever truth lies beneath the rumors, Warspite emerged from the shadows to reform the InterStellar Regulators a mercenary organization comparable to the likes of the Mandalorians with a formidable mercenary fleet backing them up.
Under his iron leadership, the Regulators act as judge, enforcer and executioner in chaotic regions across the galaxy where the Galactic Alliance and the Sith Order are to ill-equipped to go.
Now, Warspite stands as Lord-Commandant, answering to no throne but the contracts he chooses. He is a man who has seen the galaxy's decay firsthand and forged a shield to withstand it.
And woe to the world that stands in his way.
