Upon typical spacial standards of the galaxy, the Royal-class isn't much to look at. Against wars, it isn't much to make it known, but on a day to day basis, it gets the job done and it isn't costly to make. Especially for Wann Tsir, where most resources have to be bought and traded for. The Royal-class, when facing typical personal vessels, aspires as the local 'law enforcement' and while cheap, it can gather numbers when necessary.
