Description:
Getting information from one party to another without drawing attention or involving a third party can often be a difficult task. This is designed to cut out a third person and leave users safe in the knowledge that their information is well encrypted and protected. Their small size means they can be carried easily enough and durinium makes them difficult to detect by sensors.

Each droid has a set twin and the encryption codes between each set are unique. The droids will update and change them if they believe they are at risk of being sliced. The droids can communicate across great distances, provided there is a holonet transceiver on the planet or ship they are on which they can hijack.

When a message has been received, the droid will scan the holders retina to confirm its them before scanning the room for listening devices. Only when it is satisfied the area is secure will it play back the message. It is possible for them to maintain a connection to hold a live conversation but this increases the likelihood of being detected, whereas a small blip of a message being said is easily lost in the general noise of a holonet.

It should be noted that removing a holders eye and attempting to use it to access the message won’t work. These droids are not stupid and any attempt for unauthorised access will result in a memory wipe. This memory wipe will not only wipe information that has been transferred, but will also wipe retina records and encryption codes. Prior to the memory wipe, a message will be sent advising the twin of its situation.
