Biography:

Born on Neimodia, Hathu quickly decided he had little desire to stay among his own kind. He was regarded as odd growing up, preferring to study the misadventures of humans than his own species and eventually proclaimed human culture as superior to Neimodian, sparking outrage. Hathu went into a self-imposed exile in the outer-rim drifting from job to job. A proud 'self-made' man, Hathu established his own small-time business on the planet Lok. A thinly populated planet of deserts and volcanoes, Hathu's business spanned the spaceports, providing low cost goods to off-worlders and residents alike. It was here he had a chance meeting with Osilus Derith, future father of [member="Samka Derith"], and CEO of the fledgling Thysak industries, who had just stumbled onto a fortune mining on Geonosis. The two men bonded over their similar outlooks on life. Osilus was also impressed with the efficiency of Hathu able to make his small company work in such an environment. He was promptly offered a leadership position under Osilus at Thysak and gladly accepted, moving to Bespin's Cloud City in the process.​

Hathu spent the years that followed as Osilus' second in command, being a chief guiding force for the company's development. However when the First Order took control of Bespin, Osilus Derith and his wife disappeared. With no will and their daughter Samka having gone missing years previously, control of Thysak fell to Hathu who has proven to be a safe pair of hands if rather unambitious with the company's expansion.​
