STRENGTHS:
+ Well Spoken: Rur knows a few languages such a High Galactic alongside standard basic and is confident in her ability to maintain a conversation even with heretics and the faithless.

+ Never half does anything: Rur was raised in the Pius Dea religion and is faithbound to hold herself to high standards in matters she pursues. [As a consequence she is quite the markswoman]

+ Confident: Having pushed herself to excellence in conjunction with the doctrines of her beliefs, Rur sees herself as a highly capable individual and tackles situations without doubt.

WEAKNESSES:
- Hated Faith: As a follower of the Pius Dea religion reformed on Garn, Rur does not make friends with the faithless or alien filth at all really and as such is not the most popular girl around.

- Self Righteous: As a result of holding to her rigid beliefs, Rur cannot admit to her failures in good faith without first failing her faith which demands a standard of excellence. As such whenever she does make an error it could persist until she is forced to confront the mistake and only after harm is done.

BIOGRAPHY: Born on the world of Garn, not too distant from the Gand system, Rur grew up on the planet that, like many others such as Carida and Alderaan, was restored by the Youzhan Vong's restoration. The planet abandoned after the Jedi Order decimated its populated areas to wipe out the Pius Dea survivors, it was only once other formerly empty worlds were filled again that it got its second chance. However, with the teachings of the Pius Dea intact from old ruins, the humans who colonised the world again were quick to fall into its belief, lured in by the idea of maintaining high standards that would bind everyone together, all who followed the faith would be more inclined to be productive as well as cause trouble if they were in adherence to the strict religion.

As such, Rur herself was raised upon these doctrines and brought up in the faith. Like many on Garn she despises their world's position toward the Outer Rim, surrounded by systems filled with alien filth that are inferior to humans as depicted by the Pius Dea faith. However, even among her peers she strove for excellence, drowned in her beliefs that she must pursue only the highest standards. To the point she wielded her achievements over her fellow Pius Dea zealots, using the call to hold a high standard to push them to work harder themselves. Once she won a planetary marksmen competition and headed her university's debate team leading them to win the worldwide circuit Rur had already made herself a figure on her homeworld. It was short order that ranked her highly within the political offices and resulted in her selection to represent her people in the Republic.

Should they accept her that is.

@Sekhet-hotep-et

Don't worry your kind is perfect for labor, housekeeping, the barracks, and even. . . . . entertainment.

They do, how many lives are spent to protect the inferior who won't fight for themselves?

Certainly, I'll soon make my official request for representation in the Republic senate. Perhaps we can have a private conversation over tea about talking the government into recognition of Pius Dea doctrine as the official state religion. Oh, but my manners, what world do you represent? Perhaps we could open up talks about the Republic reaching out to the Outer Rim with fresh trade negotiations.
