Appearance: Although some people would consider Rune to be somebody that is slightly better than average when it comes to natural beauty, there is really nothing much to say about the young man's appearance as there is not a lot of things that truly stand out. Sporting light brown-colored, mid-long hair and a beard of the same color, the traits of his face are soft and his grey eyes sharper than the common folk's. He is usually seen wearing the pale beige robes commonly wore by Padawans when he is on official business, but, when visiting public areas off-duty or when he is not at a nearby Jedi temple, he instead decides to wear a set of civil clothing consisting of a brown leather jacket, dark blue pants and black boots.

Biography

Rune has not lived a very pleasant childhood. Born within Coruscant's CoCo Town, the young child lived with both of his parents for the first two years within an apartment room that they had lent not long after his birth. While referring himself to his father one day, Rune learned that these two years were relatively peaceful and that both of his parents were fine both financially and emotionally. Therefore, they had not gotten any trouble...... yet.
It was after these two years that the relationship between his parents suddenly started to descend into hatred. His father, Jarrik, being a mechanic that worked in various engineering facilities in town and her mother, Sarah, having been unemployed since Rune's birth, it was when the latter was suddenly able to attend to the Senate of the Galactic Republic and become a Senator that their relationship dwindled. Of course, the reason was the heavy differences between their salaries and how their shares were never truly equal at all. Their relationship finally ended once Jarrik found out that Sarah has been cheating on him with another Senator.
Stripped of his mother, Rune would grow up under the teachings of his father and become an engineer in his parent's shop for some while. His father took care of the repairs while the child himself took care of anything that was related to electronics. Despite their combined efforts, their profits were downright abysmal, seeing as they were outperformed by competitors, and their shop unfortunately had to close down. Heartbroken, the poor Rune, seven years old at the time, kept this memory a vivid scar within his mind for a good while, thinking that it was all his fault.
Unfortunately, this meant that they were not able to pay the rent any longer for the apartment room and were forced to move away. Short on money, and having no possession of any ships whatsoever, Rune and his father Jarrik were forced to use the last remaining bits of their money to travel towards Coruscant's undercity in order to gain some quick buck and, eventually, get another job. Jarrik, by then, had unfortunately grown desperate and, despite Rune's vivid protests, he brought his son along with him in the wretched criminal den.

Immediately after they arrived in the undercity, Jarrik was able to find a place where he could live along with Rune for some while in exchange for some work coming from the primer. Although he was never informed of what the work was, Rune was happy enough to that they had been able to find somewhere to live in. However, he was still much worried about how dangerous the streets were in the undercity and how risky it was to go outside. This place was clearly never meant for a seven year-old kid to live in, that's for sure.
Eventually, however, Rune, bored of being kept at home all the time, would start heading outside a little bit more, meeting with the people that were living in the streets, the common beggars. Despite his young age, Rune pitied the beggars and, although he wasn't able to give them much, he stood with them and talked to them, giving them company. For some of them, it was enough to make them pretty happy. For others, it was quite literally pissing them off. However, it was like that that Rune learned much about the undercity and how it worked.
In short, it was much worse than he thought.
Returning back home one day, he found out that his home has been completely ravaged in its entirety, pillaged and destroyed, leaving only ruins behind. In panic, the young Rune would quickly start searching for his father in the area, but he was quickly intercepted by a Twi'Lek who was passing by and got a firm hold of him with a large smile. The Twi'Lek told him that he worked for a man named Karth and that they personally needed Rune's expertise in engineering. Protesting against the kidnapping, the child would try to quickly get away from the man's grip, but, eventually, the Twi'Lek would get tired of him and hit him across the head.
The next day, he woke up in a dark room that he had never visited before in front of a man behind a desk. It was a Human just like him, but he doubted that he actually originated from Coruscant. From the looks of his armor and weapons that he held around him and on him...... it was clear that he was a Mandalorian. Although Mandalore was considered a neutral society across the Galaxy, there were still dangerous men that came from this particular world.
Rather quickly, Rune learned from the man's mouth that he was facing Karth Den, a man rather.... popular across the undercity. He was known for his criminal smuggling and his public identity as a Bounty Hunter known to work for anybody, whether said "anybody" be the Galactic Republic or somebody else entirely. In short, it was a man that considered money to be his ruler and money alone. Karth informed him that he kept his father hostage and that, from now on, Rune would have to use his engineering prowess for him alone in order to get his father back. Without any choices given otherwise, apart from seeing his father die and probably seeing himself die not long after that, Rune, against his will, accepted.
Ever since that time, Rune was forced to work for Karth as his personal engineer and was kept alive with the minimum of food, water and a small cell for a home in a rather large estate, one of the largest in the undercity. Unfortunately, he was so good at his job that Karth would continuously keep him into his work and, yet, never let the young boy see his own father to see if he was alright while he worked on the Bounty Hunter's equipment, personal droids and even his ship, a YT-2400 Light Freighter. Curiously, every time the boy would inspect the ship, he would always find multiple issues, but, the next day, he would find some of the issues to have repaired themselves on their own.
This horrible slavery-like state went on for almost an entire year. Now aged eight, the boy, having gone one day to do his usual job, would suddenly hear talk coming from the front door of the building he was kept in, then shouting followed by blaster shots. Fearful of his life, the boy would quickly hide behind cover and wait as more men went towards the front door shouting and bringing in more and more weapons.
That was when he heard it..... The sound of a lightsaber.
He had heard stories about said weapons and about the people who wielded them, the Jedi. Needless to say, just like many other children in the Galaxy, Rune imaged them as legendary heroes, invincible and unbeatable. He couldn't believe that a Jedi itself was here in this very building!
The smugglers and illegal people would be dealt with one by one without any problem, the remaining people that were still alive running away as they had became too cowardly to fight back. Eventually, Karth would suddenly spot the child as he was walking towards the issue, then clench his teeth as he grabbed the boy's arm with a firm grip, then brought him away. Rune, deeply afraid by what the man was going to do to him, gathered his courage with both hands, then deeply bit Karth's fingers, which was enough to make him cry out in pain and let the kid go of his hold. The man, deeply angered by the kid's behavior, would suddenly take his blaster in his hand and aim straight at the kid's head.
"You little brat! I should've killed you long ago..... I didn't need you, I never did! I'll make you an example of what happens when people attack me, Karth Den, just like I did with your father!"
Rune, shocked by the sudden response, stood there, with both eyes completely widened as, unconsciously, the man told him that he had killed his father, and that he was about to kill him too. In pure panic, Rune would start to breath rapidly, trying to find a way out of this situation before he would put his hand up in fear, as if it was actually going to protect him from the blaster shot his skull was going to receive.
And then, all of a sudden, Karth would suddenly let out a growl of surprise as he was suddenly pushed away right across the hallway they were in, his head, not covered by any helmet, hitting straight against the wall behind it with a loud bang before he fell on the floor. Rune, still fearful of whether he was going to receive a blaster shot to the head or not, would slowly pull his hand away from in front of him, then notice that Karth was now almost across the hallway, down on the floor and barely conscious. Surprised, the kid would look at his hands for a moment, then feel a presence behind him.
"Well..... I have not seen that in years....."
It was the Jedi.
The young boy, still shocked by what happened, would then slowly turn his head towards the Jedi that was behind him. It was a rather middle-aged-looking woman who held a double-bladed purple lightsaber in her hands, inactivated, and she also seemed a little bit surprise by what just happened, although not too much. Smiling, she would pat Rune's shoulder, then take a serious face once she would look back towards Karth, who was slowly pulling his head up. Seeing the Jedi, the man would clench his teeth at first, then smirk widely as he pulled his wrist to his face and pressed a button, a loud alert screaming within the entire facility as, then, the Bounty Hunter would laugh, talking about how he might as well kill himself than not have any business with the Jedi. Needless to say, although he was still shocked, Rune couldn't help but find this decision incredible ridiculous and even rather stupid, but they did not had time to lose much further as he knew that the man had activated a self-destruct sequence. For a Mandalorian who was kinda rich in his profits, that wasn't really surprising of him, to say the least....
Grabbing the Jedi's hand, Rune would quickly guide her towards the hangar where the man kept his personal ship, then head in and pilot the ship out of the building. Soon enough, most of the building was left exploding and reduced to flaming bits as the ship flew away towards the surface of the planet, piloted by a small child with a damn Jedi at his side who wasn't even protesting of going back towards the surface, saying that she had been called to investigate a corruption affair with a local Bounty Hunter and that she was supposed to come back to the Senate in order to report her work afterwards. Even then, Rune still couldn't believe what was happening to him.

Once they arrived to the surface of Coruscant, Rune would just stand there, panting and, quite frankly, slightly in shock after all he has just experienced, and in such a fast motion too. In a matter of almost three hours, he had learned that all he had done for Karth had been completely futile, that his father had been killed by Karth, that he had been somehow able to push a man without even really touching him at all and he has somehow been able to escape with Karth's ship before his whole headquarters blew up. And with a Jedi at his side!
"You seem troubled."
The Jedi would ask, smiling towards the boy like some sort of mother for some reason. Maybe it was because of Rune's age.... but that, he didn't know.
"I..... I'm not.... I'm not troubled...."
He would sniff, then realize that he had just lost his dad, tears coming to his eyes as he looked down, resisting the envy to cry. It wasn't easy to suddenly suffer a loss that has been hidden from him for so long, and the matter was only made worse with that Jedi that looked like the mother she never had just with her looks.
Some time later, after the Jedi gave him some time to recover, they would proceed out of the ship and head towards the Senate so the Jedi could report everything that has just happened. In the meantime, Rune waited outside, standing straight and keeping himself away from the strangers that were walking around, staring at him with those looks of seeing somebody that shouldn't be seen here. It was probably because of the clothes he was wearing, seeing as they were so uncommon and unfitting compared to the people here in the Senate District.
Once the Jedi came back, Rune would find himself surprised as he would notice that she was heading towards him for some reason. Looking up towards her, she would then inform him if he was ever interested into learning more about his hidden potential and how he could tapped into it to become a great Jedi himself. With widened eyes, he would stare at the woman for at least five seconds of pure silence before he sniffed once more, tears coming to his eyes as he smiled.
"I don't really have a choice now, do I...?"
After all, he had nowhere else to go. His mother was gone, and his father, dead. He couldn't live by himself for a long shot, so.... might as well try to become one of the heroes he has always dreamed about.
Oh, and he kept the ship too. Why not?
And it was then that Rune became the apprentice of the Human Jedi Master Kaila Saratzi and, for a consecutive streak of ten years, he practiced in the way of the Jedi and in how to use the lightsaber and the bases of the Force. It was also this way that he learned how to control his emotions for most of the time, shaping into a man that would then become Padawan at the age of 17, signifying the end of his training as an Apprentice.
However, it was at the exact moment when he needed to choose his path as a Jedi that his Master suddenly disappeared while she was heading towards an unknown location in the Galaxy for another investigation that, before leaving, she was judging as "trivial" and that she would come back to her Padawan in a small matter of time.
It was when the Jedi Academy marked her as dead that Rune would start grieving for his loss. For him, Kaila was the mother he had never had in his life and it was truly painful to see her go in such a way. However, he still believes her to be alive somewhere in the Galaxy, but he knew that even her would want him to continue in his path as a new Jedi.
And so he did.
Will this mark the welcoming of a new Jedi to the Light Side? Or will it represent another one that was lost to the Dark Side?
The Force may be the only one who will ever know the answer to this question.

Strengths and Weaknesses
+ Expert in Melee Combat : Rune is an excellent fighter when it comes to fighting with his personal lightsaber melee weapon, his fists and even other melee weapons that he might have never used before.
+ Athletic : Rune is a rather athletic man and is able to use the Force as a way to boost his athletic abilities when the situation calls for it.
+ High Pain Resistance: Considering his time in Coruscant's underworld, Rune suffered quite a lot of beatings while he was younger. However, this only made him stronger as, in the end, his physique made him much more resistant towards pain in general.
+ Incredible Engineer : Having been confronted against multiple situations where he was basically forced to act with computers, robotics and mechanics, Rune has learned over time some of the bases of computer engineering, droid construction, mechanic repairs and basic cybernetics production, and he is now able to repair and maintain most technological devices. These abilities of his also made him friendly with common droids and always happy to see one.
+ Resistant against mental Force powers : Thanks to his high focus and mental stability, Rune is able to resist most mental Force powers. People who use the Force as a way to manipulate people will not be able to use their tricks against him very easily.
+ Knowledgeable : Rune's interest for history, the Force, and the scientific functions of the Galaxy made him quite the bookworm after he was able to become a Jedi. Because of this, he is very knowledgeable and knows much about many worlds and societies.
- Obsessed over Cybernetics : Rune's interest in cybernetic technology seem to be almost obsessive when he starts talking about it in conversations, which can lead to awkward situations that can potentially detriment to the tasks he has been given.
- Horrible Shooter : Please, please, PLEASE do NOT give a blaster to this poor fool! He couldn't even shoot something that is right in front of him!
- Socially Anxious : More often than not, Rune feels anxious when he is around people that are not part of his common entourage. Because of this, he prefers to stay silent around strangers, and alone, if he is not accompanied. This is made much worse when he must interact with people as, for the most part, he must gather all of his courage to simply go forward and speak with one single individual whom he must talk to.
- Extremely curious about the Force.... : Despite the fact Rune has already discovered the use of Force abilities, he still seems to be quite interested into learning more..... much more..... maybe too much. This could lead to him gaining interest in learning the powers of the Dark Side, if the latter is ever proposed to him....
- ... and inexperienced in the latter : Not only that, Rune is also not somebody that is very experienced in the Force. Although he can use certain abilities that would be considered as the basics such as the Force Push, Telekinesis and the use of the Force Jump and acrobatics, he is otherwise very unfamiliar with the rest of what the Force could potentially offer to him.
- Mistrustful : Considering his past, Rune can seem a little bit unfriendly towards people he has never met beforehand who asks for his trust. Although he won't react too sharply, he will keep an eye on those individuals for anything suspicious.

Equipment and Personal Inventory:
- Double-Bladed Lightsaber (Purple Color) which can also act as a single-bladed lightsaber. Although it is double-bladed, Rune only uses the second blade when the situation becomes dire or when he judges his opponent to be as strong as him or, worse, stronger than him.
- Blaster Pistol, usually always set on Stun Mode. Even then, the blaster is not used very often, seeing as Rune's shooting skills are extremely poor.
