[Matsu Ike]

Location: Taris

Basaba had invited her to the world to work on some of the things. The attention they had been doing while working on the Dala transport about upgrades they can put on the cannon to make it more substantial. She was looking over some of the sections of it as the jedi master went through the upper city with the nice parasol she had. Her equipment going to Chai La workers who were operating in the jungles catching some of the tachs to pay for ale to fund more development of equipment. She would work with Basaba to upgrade the sights and systems of the cannon here but they could test it later.

THe uppercity was full of people and they weren't all worth it... though she was all for working in the lower city with most of the mechanical shops. The jedi master could work with that as she was heading over some of the things with her attention on thi8ngs. She had been working on new pieces to the rifle. She was working on weaking the systems themselves. The massive slug was important and they couldn't get it to fire more then one shot at a time but they could make it faster and more dangerous. That was what she was doing with the hydrospanner as the machine shop n the ship docked worked. The jedi could join them before they went down to the jungle to test fire.

Oh her old friend was here, the beast of a woman as the jedi master stepped itno the machine shop and she could see the scope with a smile on her face. The massive things was made to zoom in and use thermal vision to see plenty of things. More features that could work on it while advanced sensors came to some of the things before she was standing there. "Thank you for this, I rather liked some o the initial tests run with the cannon. Against some of the large bugs in the Asobi system we have been able to clear out some of the nests." That was one of the nicer benefits she could work with and the coolness that was the ranger's working on things came to her.

Working on things here, basaba had a bunch of it set up and laid out. They could test the advanced scope for the rifle with the spotters while she was looking over some of the things. "Well I got things set up." She motioned for the jedi to follow and the yaim'la was moving over as it flew towards the sections of a factory they had manufacturing weapons and gear they had for use. She was looking over some of the things there with more attention while she laid down. One of the cannons next to them showing where the scope was going to go but the large thing was on a tripod mount with a bar to adjust and check thing. "The computer built into it will be able to adjust for when you need it. to reduce the ill effects."

Matsu had to agree and they were building it into the rifle at the factory. For now here though the scope was important as she was crouching down and then laying down. Slowly touching the bar before she was giving some of the attention to a few of the things. "A computer that can adjust and follow as we need it to work on some of the things should work well." She could see the jungle and some tachs now as her eye was tracking it and the small internal hud of the scope flicked zooming in when she was directing it. Just like working the hud in a helmet with eye flicks or movements brought the scope zooming it before tracking one of the tachs and adjusting itself. She could move it a little and track them while looking out.

Basaba was sitting there and looking down as she adjusted the scope with the jedi masters movements. Little by little they could calibrate it and upgrade it to better function and look over the massive jungle below them. She was hooking the scope into her suits systems to view what the woman saw while making the small adjustments from her helmet. Not able to interact with it but letting the jedi control it before she spoke. "ALright there we go, that should clean some of it up and make the adjustment easier." She kept working and looking over the screens and read outs while most of the attention settled on getting the range just perfect.

Matsu could see the adjustments and the small computer was there while she shifted it just a little zooming out with a flick of her eye and then looking at some of the multicolored mandalorians walking through the jungles. The sections of it that they were going through before she was movign with more of her thoughts. "Your sisters are out there getting some tachs, if you bring them back we will be able to make a nice source of funding for more development of projects." She said it with a grin though while backing out a little and adjusting the scope herself mostly to make it more comfortable. "Here we go, we should be able to make something nice in the jungle. Scouting it out here."

Basaba was looking down at the jungle and giving a nod of her head to what was going on, all of their hard work here and the people were looking to recoverwhat they could on the planet as she worked some of the things over. The mandaloriian looked through the scope from her helmet screen and directed. "Over there, we have traps for tachs going up and some of the other creatures on the planet. Rakghouls can still be a problem so we are working on ways to protect from them. Maybe take them out in their lairs but we need to be careful hen working with it so keep what information you can ready to go. We'll work with the hunters in Satochi."

Matsu looked up as she backed away from the scope and she with approval in her voice for the work they had been doing. "It looks good, both the scope and the operations. She can see about getting the Tarisian ale from some of the tachs or maybe cloning the tach glades with most of our attention on things. Then use that to set up businesses here on Taris through the upper and lower cities, the relief from Sakura could help the ones in the lower city and the work with fences and paddocks could be used to keep away the rakghouls." She had a few other ideas but needed to be careful and quick when it came to some of the things in the works. "For the scope, start producing it and ship it to your main facility so we can begin the second stage of testing it out."

Basaba disconnected her helmet from the scope while she was lookig at the jedi master and gave a nod. "Alright then, we'll start producing them to build up for the rifle and improve upon it. I want to get this built and into testing as quickly as possible." She was looking over things and Taris was a nice place that Chai La and Sasori could find things to work on and do for everything. She was rather looking forward to setting up the rest of the shop here before walking back towards her other sisters and letting the jedi master do her thing. "We will begin working on the other specs for the equipment and send the new designs to you."
