Rogal was born like his brothers, from a vat, birthed from the genes of a man he will never know, and embedded with a peace of another man's soul, Cyril Grayson, also known as Darth Mepherium. This however did not dissuade him for he truly is the manifestation of Cyril's loyalty, honour, and sense of duty, from the moment he understood this this he steeled his resolve and sword to himself that he would do his duty, even at the cost of his own life.
From the moment he could walk Rogal was put on an intense physical training routine, from the moment he was strong enough hold a rifle he was practising his marksmanship, once he leaned how to speak he was learning how to give orders and negotiate, the day his body was strong enough he began to under augmentation surgeries and receive implants.
