BIOGRAPHY:
Riz Carter grew-up on Nar Shadda with both parents in the police force, the non-shady police force. Life wasn’t simple. Cops were dirty and bought by the varying cartels, hutts, and exchanges. Somehow her folks remained on the fringes and clean. Riz followed in her parent’s footsteps, though they tried to discourage her. Wasn’t long after she reached detective that her parents were forced out by the dirty cops.
She went private. Her goal is to bring down some of the largest criminal organizations in the galaxy one perp at a time. [member="Adder"] might be her secret role-model. Her arrest record (during the time she was a beat-cop and detective) includes the below.
Riz’s Arrest Record:
- Locked a chiss up from the [member="Zareca Cartel"] for unpaid speeder tickets
- Busted Fatty the Hutt’s front runner for spice dealing
- Filed paper-work against [member="Maleagant"] for potential tax evasion but nothing stuck
- Gave [member="Asmus Janes"] a warning for flying over the speed limit
- Wrote [member="Jorus Merrill"] a ticket for underage drinking but an ID Riz still thinks was fake, cleared the ‘kid’ of all charges
