Riley King / DG-012

NAME: Riley King / DG-012 / "Twelve"
FACTION: The Ession Reformation
RANK: Centurion
SPECIES: Firrerreo
AGE: 36
SEX: Female
HEIGHT: 6'1"
WEIGHT: 173 lbs
EYES: Yellow
HAIR: Black and dark orange
SKIN: Golden-tan
FORCE SENSITIVE: Nooooooooo. The exact opposite actually. Force-dead. Vong-shaped. Blame the Architects for that one.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
(+) Force-Dead - The Architects rescued Riley from the ruins of the ASA/OP conflict and turned her into what she is now, including the extremely painful process known as Vong-Shaping, resulting in Riley being immune to force-attacks and nearly immune to Force Lightning. Hell. Yes.

(+) Healing Factor - Being a Firrerreo, Riley possesses the increased healing factor of all members of her species. Basically, if you don't break something vital, she will get back up and she will fething kill you.

(+) Militant - Riley comes from a family of career soldiers and has served in the military for twenty years. She can kill you with a blaster, vibroknife, hand-cannon, turret gun, her bare hands, a ration pack, a spoon, an eyelash, a piece of flimsi...pretty much anything she chooses really.

(+/-) Single-Mindedness - The vast majority of Riley's existence centers around fighting. While this makes her really good at what she does, it also turns almost any attempt at doing something else into crap. Efficiency is valued above all else, and if some moral issue gets in the way...well, it's going to get trampled underfoot unless someone orders her not to.

(+/-) Duality - Riley's mind houses two people - Riley King, and Twelve. Both are fully aware of the other and they work in tandem (the vast majority of the time), having no secrets from each other. This is helpful, since it essentially means Riley/Twelve can do two completely separate things at once with greater ease. However, the potential for disagreements is there, and that means Riley/Twelve is susceptible to an assortment of mental disorders.

(-) Overspecialization - Riley is very, very good at what she does...and literally nothing else.

(-) Cynic - Riley, being a soldier who's seen more than a few battles, usually assumes the worst about a situation, person, or group.

(-) Partial Amnesia - The injuries Riley sustained and the treatment necessary to heal her left her with only fuzzy-to-vague memories of her childhood and prior military service.

APPEARANCE:
Riley is extremely tall, standing at six-foot-one and weighting in at 173 pounds, the majority of that weight being muscle and the Architect tech she requires to continue functioning. She has a very distinctive tattoo on the left side of her face that stretches down her neck. She has a scar that stretches diagonally across her forehead - the only visible remnant of the injury that nearly cost Riley her life.

BIOGRAPHY:
Riley grew up in a military family, learning her current trade from a young age and being made well aware she was expected to join the military. Riley did not disappoint - at the age of seventeen, she enlisted in the military of the ASA and, over the next two decades, rose steadily to prominence.

Then came the conflict with OP, and Riley's world was shattered. Rendered useless and nearly immobile by a head injury in the field, Riley would have died on the planet if the Architects had not interfered and saved her life. They did more than that - they gave her everything.

If you don't have a giant bit of murderous intent towards Vong in general, you can hang out with me...

*Looks down from two and a half feet above*

[member="Kaggak"] HEYYY-ohly stang, you're fethin' tall. Yeah, sure. Not sure how she'd react to ya, but...y'know, I'll try most any roleplay once.

:D

I think this is the one character I haven't done a bar thread with. Might be funny to watch.

[member="Kyuubi"] Dreadguard armor used a looooot of the Spartan 4 Armor designs. Luckily, it looked like an upgrade from the DG-Mark-I armor.
