Intent: To create a set of special gauntlets and boots to aid in the use of Akuma's aggressive fighting style.

A set of gauntlet with armor plating as well as boots that can aid in the very aggressive fighting style of Akuma. With how Akuma likes to throw punches, as well as kicks in a fight, even having force powers to aid in causing more power behind these attacks, Akuma want's some armor to protect herself while using these powers and abilities. As such, Armored gloves, and boots were made for her protection as well as use as weapons.
Most of the plating made out of Duraplast, the armor can withstand blaster fire to a higher degree than durasteel. As well as providing limited protection against lightsabers, this metal was perfect for her to use as the plating. Both the boots and arm armor are made using a form of Kinetic armor to aid in protection of punching, kicking, as well as taking hits. This provides a rather high amount of kinetic protection. However, this does not mean that she cannot get bruises or broken bones. All it does is prevent the wearer from receiving such wounds. Meaning, that for her to feel the impact of a fall on her feet, she needs to fall from a higher distance than a person without them on. Same goes for the arms. More strikes, or punches will be needed before her arms will break or become bruised. used with a layer of fiber weave in the gloves, up the arms to the arm pits, and in the boots to provide a layer of protection against general wear and tear.
With the hands, the back of the hand, and finger armor have been made out of Ostrine. With the use of manipulating the crystalline structer of the ore, it can cause freezing to those who are touching it. However, it does not instantaneously freeze the target. it takes multiple hits from punching or being in constant contact with the metal to cause "freeze burns", or in essence Frostbite. The larger number of hits, or the longer time in contact with the metal can possibly freeze skin. This makes it perfect against fleshy targets such as humans and animals. However, because it can also affect the wearer, a thick layer of insulated padding is worn underneath the gloves. Protecting the wearer from getting frozen themselves.
With the forearm and upper arm plating, The forearm has an added ability with the Shield Gauntlet components, creating an energy shield that can protect the user from blaster fire and can protect against lightsaber strikes. However, the system can shut down by an overload of hits or strikes. It will then reset the entire system to recharge the shields. Taking around three minutes before it can be used again.
For the boots, They are thick and very protective of the feet, as well as the calves. The reason for being a little bit thicker than normal is the added components of the Jump Servos. This uses a Repulsor aided system to "jump" or set a burst of power from the bottom of the boot to launch the wearer in the air. Allowing for increased height in jumps. However, these systems don't have an infinite amount of energy to expend. The System allows for six total jumps, with two powered jumps (one powered jump = three normal jumps) before having to recharge. Because the systems constantly recharges, unless it is completely recharged, it can restore one normal jump every minute (As a result, three minutes for a powered jump).
However, even with this set of armor, the head, the chest, hips, and thighs are still exposed. Meaning that a shot to any of these mentioned areas can still be damaged without having armor. There are more chinks where in the arms, the elbows, palms, back of the foot (Achelies tendon), back of the knees, in between the finger plating, and the arm pits all have some type of opening for a stray blaster bolt, or lightsaber blade to get into and still cause damage.
Background:
Looking around for the right person, Akuma needed to have the right tools for her fight against Jedi, Rogues, Renegades, and many others. As such, she looked for any available companies that could sponsor her, as well as create the items she needed. With the idea in mind for her armor as well as weapons. She came into contact with a Sith Lord by the name of Nickolas Imura. This Sith is always up for making unique tech, and therefore likes to come up with armor and weapons that could be useful to him, as well as the person he is making it for.
Coming to a conclusion between the two, Akuma would pay for his services as well as be the poster girl for Cerberus Enterprises while wearing this armor. As well, Nick behind closed doors made three sets. Two for Akuma as she requested. Allowing her to have one main set, and the other to be a backup pair, which both can be repaired for free by Cerberus Enterprises, and a final set for Nick so he can either sell, or in time, create a larger line of the armored boots and gloves.
With this new set of armor as well as acting as weapons, Akuma sets out to be the best at what she does. And it ain't very nice.
