BIOGRAPHY:
Growning up on Dosuun, Rhia was top of her class and always found government very interesting. Once she was able Rhia joined the government of the First Order. She slowly worked her way from local governments to local governments. It wasn't until recently with the expansion of the First Order there was a call for Planetary Governors. This screamed progress for Rhia, and she took the opportunity. Though she was given Endor. Very back water this made it a project for Rhia to make sure places were built up for the Order.
