Request for Faction Art Shtuff

Hello, it's the guy that created [member=Sokrai Ronaro] and [member=Listeri Dalane]! So, I'm currently in the process of trying my hand at creating a faction. So, ya know at the top of every homepage there's that large image running across? Well, I'd like someone to take this image: http://www.deviantart.com/art/Fire-Nucleus-308926267 , and put this image http://www.mixlova.com/wp-content/uploads/The-5-Celtic-Tattoo-Designs-Popular-2.jpg in the middle. If you can, please take the symbol and make it have a green inside, and orange border. I know this is a lot to ask for, but I really am counting on you people. Thanks!

I have no idea -- I've never messed with those kinds of images on this forum so I don't know what the size requirements are.
