The Republic Specters
Overview:
The Republic Specters were made with two things in mind, Republic Commandos and Agents of SHIELD. Becoming a Specter is hard, and means giving up everything you are to defend the Republic and no one will ever know you defended it when you die.
Its about being a agent, a spy and a team. A lot of the threads will be intel gathering, and undercover work as a team.
As far as the rest of this goes, this is as far as I have gone with it -
The Director
The highest position within the Specters, the Director has tons of field experience, and gives the briefing to the the others. He is advised by the Board of Supervisors. The Director also begins to train a candidate self picked to become the new Director. This process is slow, vigorous, and usually most are unaware it is happening.
Board of Supervisors
There are always four Supervisors, the top agents within the Specters, advising the Director the best way to go about a mission. They know just about everything the Director knows, and only answer to the Director. The Board of Supervisors are also hand picked by the Director in notion that they will put the Director on the right path in leading the Specters.
Specters of the Republic
Specters are the elite, they have passed all their training, done all the paper, and sat through all the briefings. Specters usually conduct missions solo or in low numbers. Becoming a Specter is hard, but a honor.
Operator
Just passing the many physical tests of being a Specter, the Operators usually are lead by a Supervisor in hopes that the Operator will soon one day become a Specter. They are good at what they do and do what they are good at.
Agent
The newly initiated into the Specter ops, they train day and night to learn what it means to be the best of the very best. They are sent on missions to hone their skills, and figure out what their true talents are. Simulation runs for days.
