As I've previously noticed before, I am of the opinion that good communication channels are vital for any faction, which we lack as far as I'm aware excepting skype, which I'm not too much of a fan of.
So, I took the liberty of making a faction IRC. It's very, very easy for newcomers to join and doesn't require any downloads or registration. Maybe we could advance to slack or something similar in the future, but for now, I think it's a good option.
