PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
As a Polydroxol, Relux can appear as a metallic object of the same mass in any shape desired. However, they usually appear as a metallic humanoid male, and are frequently seen wearing well-tailored red clothes or uniforms.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Relux is a pragmatic entity that understands its strengths, and the limits of them. It cares less about matters of good vs evil, and more about accomplishing overall positive change in the galaxy. Because dictators, manipulators, and strong figures are the most effective vectors of dramatic change, they have sought out such. Their passion is for dutifully following, protecting, and carrying out the will of people whom they think can alter the reality of the galaxy. Secondarily, they seek to find entities with whom they can form meaningful interpersonal connections, primarily for personal comfort and entertainment. They have come to feel most comfortable in a male role, but are willing to change outward dynamics to match preferences if desired.
STRENGTHS
Has a liquid metal body with no vital organs, and enjoys the consequent durability that offers.
Has no centralized thinking apparatus, with such being distributed throughout the entire body form.
Does not breathe, nor suffer from pressure extremes.
Does not need to eat or drink.
Can quickly resolve any wounds or re-absorb or re-grow lost mass.
Can change shape at will as long as overall mass is conserved.
Is about as strong as a Wookie.
Understands and can communicate in several languages including Huttese, Sith, Basic, Rodian, Mondo'a, Shyriiwook, and Binary.
Is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant.
Is an excellent pilot.
Is a competent marksman.
Has a flawless memory.
Can detect chemical composition and visible electromagnetic emissions from the entire surface of its body. 'Eyes' are merely cosmetic.
Relux has no midichlorians, and is utterly force-dead.
Relux does not sleep.
WEAKNESSES
Can not make their surface resemble particular textures or colors, can only duplicate shapes.
Extreme cold will cause them to slow down and eventually to freeze in place until they are warmed. This leaves them particularly susceptible to cryoban weapons.
A tendency to slavishly follow the will of their chosen leader can cause them to fully commit to actions they know are flawed.
Being force-dead, Relux can never learn force talents.
With its metallic body, Relux is sometimes mistaken for a droid even when trying to appear as a humanoid.
Must experience extreme heat once per 48 hours to maintain its functions, or else it enters a frozen state until heat exposure occurs.
HISTORY
Relux emerged from a one-hundred entity metallic founding pool on Sevetta a bit more than 50 years ago. Like all members of its species, it shared the accumulated knowledge of its founding-pool founders, but began to develop its own personality once it emerged as an independent entity. At age 50, Relux was tasked to go out into the galaxy and obtain skills and achieve useful tasks before returning to Sevetta to join a new founder pool and pass on its knowledge and experiences to a new generation. This was a process called 'Becoming' and was known to take centuries or even millennia.
Relux managed to board a mining frigate that visited Relux, and became a member of its crew after being discovered. While doing this for a year, Relux gained many skills and experiences. Its perfect memory allowed it to learn quickly, and its physical nature made it a versatile addition to the crew compliment. During its time on this frigate, which roamed the galaxy far and wide, it learned about the politics of various regions and systems. It learned details of galactic history from the Holonet, and compared what it had learned to what it remembered from the other members of its Founding pool and the experiences and knowledge they'd conveyed to it.
Relux quickly came to the conclusion that while all entities contributed to galactic events in some way, there were certain entities which created major change... and major change was needed in the Galaxy. To Relux, the best way to ensure these major changes occurred would be to help a mover-shaker to make the changes they envisioned. And that was when Relux decided to find the most powerful and/or influential visionary it could, and use all of its power to advance their vision.
Whether this disrupted the current order, or instituted a new order, did not matter. Both things were equally needed. The only essential thing was to find an agent of change and become their instrument.
Once Relux came to this conclusion, it stole the cargo of the mining frigate after a lucrative mission, headed to Wild Space, and sold the ore so it could buy a fast ship. Then it proceeded to seek out the best Dictator, Strong Man, or major influencer it could. It vowed to become their instrument, and to change the galaxy.
