Classification: A-BP (Anti-Battleplatform)
Size: Stationary
Length: 3.98 meters
Weight: Cannon = 7 metric tons
Mount = 1 metric ton
Shell = 100 kg

Ammunition Type: Cannon Shells and Gas Canisters

Ammunition Capacity: 1 then requires reloading

Effective Range:
Maximum (Atmosphere) : 4,200 meters
Practical (Atmosphere) : 1,500 meters
Maximum (Vacuum) : Infinite
Pratical (Vacuum) : 3,100 meters
Rate of Fire: Veterans fighters are expected to be able to fire at a rate of 3 shots a minute.
New soldiers will likely fire at a rate of 1 shot every 2.3 minutes.
Special Features: Firing a single shot at a time means that the weapon can become highly accurate in the right hands.
The Cannon is incredibly powerful, using the Gas Canister's instant oxidization to launch an exploding shell into an enemy bunker, battle-platform, or ranks.
Description:
This cannon is the most powerful and ambitious one ever produced by Relovian military. Its sole intent is to disable or destroy an enemy battle-platform, normally the shot is aimed towards the platform's engines or cannons (Disabling) but it can just be fired over and over again to damage the ship beyond repair (Destroy). To that end, the cannon is built into a defended position, normally a bunker or barricade, and a stockpile of ammo is stored nearby to allow gunners to continue firing fr long periods of time as needed. The cannon cannot be moved and therefore cannot easily be turned on its owners. The Gun is fired by loading a Gas Canister into the Cannon, through the front, and then the shell is loaded by two men into the Cannon. The gun is loaded from the front meaning one must be incredibly careful while reloading. The gun is rolled into position and then fired by flicking a switch on the back of it. All the gunners must stand away from the back of the cannon as its recoil can potentially rip a person in half. The cannons must be built into a position, and this may take anywhere from a week to three weeks meaning that the area had to be planned ahead of time in case of an attack. The cannons are not inexpensive making them only built when required. The Shells are 14 centimeters in length and 7 centimeters in width. The inside is hollow and filled with a highly explosive powder. The shell is fitted with a device inside the hollow portion that has a timer set for five seconds and releases a spark after the five seconds. All shells are fitted with this and cannot have it changed. The explosion can burn anybody within a 5 meter range of the initial detonation. The shell when fired is incredibly hot, due to the explosion of the gas. This heat allows the shell to partially melt through the Durasteel layers of a battle-platform. However in a vacuum this heat is lost practically instantly, making is incapable of piercing large starship armors. While the weapon can be used against starships, they must be slow moving so that the gunner can take aim. A ray-shield can hold out a shell from this cannon, but energy shielding does not as the shell is not energy.

Certainly. All it means is that you can aim at where the engines would normally be and fire there and it can disable the ship, or you can aim at the guns or the ship in general.

Okay finished the edit, that help a little more?

Indeed, but we're going to have to reduce the power.

I could see it doing some damage to a shieldless item, ect...but not one with full shields and such.

What can you do about fixing that?
