Reinstitution of a Monarch.

Geonosis, Near a Geonosian Cave system.

He and the Count had realized something simple when it came to forming a power base. It required funds, arms, and alliances, all of which could be done with a particularly in need group of creatures who had been largely disconnected after the Rebel Alliance had killed its last queen. Selectivism they had called it and even now Solan grimaced at the failure that had been and now it left the native creatures largely lost and in a slumber. Luckily some digging had given him notice to a small grouping of Geonosians in this location that seemed to retain a level of organization and it had made him rather curious about the chances of this being another queen.
There was only one way to find out and that was why he had informed Count Morcus of the opportunity. The Group had already planned to reclaim an old droid production facility nearby, but they did not have the manpower to claim it from the current lowlifes that were using it to produce droids in order to carry out pirate raids on unprotected systems and vessels.
Something he was not about to let occur but first he needed to take their manpower from them.
His eyes rolled to look at the Count besides him, looking at the man as he himself stood there in a robe. From old records he had dug up, dealing with the queen would be a taxing ordeal, one that would no doubt take more than a few honeyed words, but there were a few things that he suspected the queen would be more than interested in.

The reinstitution of the queen was vital to the plans of the Count and his ally. If they were to have any hope of bringing the Geonosians into the fold and building a new droid army for their purposes, they would have to get the new Queen, should she exist, back into a position of dominance on the world of Geonosis. The Count slowly guided Solan through the long, darkened passages of the hive they suspected the Queen resided in, with a trio of the Count's Super Battle Droids in tow acting as their official escort. Thankfully, Morcus had made many dealings with the Geonosians in times past. He was known to them well, as a group of Geonosians let them pass by without any fuss. ''I've had profitable business arrangements with the Geonosians for some time. They will allow us an audience with their queen, as long as we behave ourselves. Understood?'', he said to Solan with a smirk.

Solan wasn't as calm when it came to being locked in a space like this, his hand holding a flame in front of him as wood burned in his hand. The very situation made him weary, both from the darkness but as well from the close and confined place long underground. If the Geonosians so chose they could ambush and likely remove the two men before those battle droids even got a chance to fire off at the creatures. But he decided to trust the count this time in knowing what he was doing, knowing out to talk to the creatures while the small translation drone floated beside him so that he would be able to understand the queen if she could not speak Basic.

"Count, I really do not like being down in this hole so the faster this is done the better... do you know this queen herself or will it be your first meeting with it?" The situation would be a hard one, getting the Geonosians to agree to the use of her drones to recapture and possibly man a production facility. It wasn't as simple as asking, knowing the queen would want something, some kind of surety that they would be able to stop another regicide like what was committed by the Rebel Alliance before.

''Not personally, though we've exchanged correspondences for a while. She seems the reasonable type. We need only ensure she receive her fair share and all should proceed according to plan.'', he said with a nod as the group made it's way further into the hive, eventually arriving in the queen's chamber. ''Remember, be civil. She's royalty after all.'', he said with a nod towards Solan, soon moving down onto one knee respectfully, lowering his head to the Geonosian Queen.
