Regarding Nar Shaddaa

So I was just wondering what the current state of Nar Shaddaa is so I can properly integrate my character into its context without stepping on toes or tampering with the current canon. Who are the major players (if any)? Are there or have there been any noteworthy events I could integrate into her storyline and what is the major faction(s) currently running the show there.

The Red Ravens currently own Nar'Shadda and have a few hundred thousand droids stationed there. Pretty much you are free to do whatever and it's business as usual but if you attack any of their assets they will be looking to give you a columbian necktie
