Description: Upon realizing that there was a product missing in the product offerings, Therapy Command commissioned a new ship based on schematics recovered on Duro: the infamous Recusant-class light destroyer, designed to serve a similar role to its ancestor, that is, patrolling the space lanes and deterring pirates, while boasting a very similar speed to the Munificent-X-class. It is made possible due to the narrow cross-section of the ship and the installation of three Vanderhing ion engines. Also mounted on the underside is its main gun, a Ziost super-heavy turbolaser, with ten heavy long-range solar ionization cannons capable of penetrating enemy shields, five and ten hypervelocity cannons completing its long-range weapons suite, and rapid-fire emplacements allowing it to pelt turbolasers and ion fire much faster than usual. Its point-defense suite includes a variety of machineguns, firing either electromagnetic plasma or ion rounds. In addition, a dorsal hangar allows it to internally store two squadrons of attack craft stored rather than to rely on external docking clamps. However, it shares the main flaws of the class: exposed engines, which can be fatal if an enemy can manage to destroy the aft portion of the ship, an exposed main gun, presenting a large target from broadside, and, of course, a limited fighter complement.
