Personality: Raylen is quite the opposite from what you would expect someone in his position to be. He is a loudmouth and brash and arrogant but he is also very good at what he does as the right hand of Starla Morello. Despite not being Force sensitive he is very good at reading people's body language and is also highly intelligent which allows him to often anticipate what someone else might do in a given situation. He mostly tends to the work that his boss needs to separate herself from and has her utmost confidence, which earned him the moniker Kingmaker among the people in the Underground. Anyone who gets in good with him will be set up and taken care of.
History: Raylen was taken in by Dario Morello's organization at a young age after being orphaned in a gang war on Xorrn. He was put to work almost immediately and discovered he had a knack for small time crime, picking pockets and grifting in general. He had a very natural gift of gab and a charming personality that won people over and easily separated them from their credits. He wasn't afraid of doing other tasks though, all the while he was doing the small time earning, Dario had seen the potential and had one of his Mandalorian contractors teach Raylen how to get things done in more physical ways. Raylen did not fair well under the intense Mandalorian training at first but his never surrender attitude kept him going and after a few years of training Raylen was one of Dario's top street enforcers and worked his way up the ladder while building himself quite the reputation as a violent and manipulative terror in the Underground. When Dario Morello was murdered Raylen saw himself an opportunity and convinced Starla to install him as her right hand because his strengths were where her weaknesses were and he knew they could work together very well and run the Underground.
