Strengths: Resistant- The Raxi'gam is an armor made from a combination of phrik and silicar. This means the armor is resistant to most forms of damage. The phrik offers high levels of resistances to blaster bolts, slug rounds, and lightsabers. The silicar, while unable to protect against what the phrik does, offers high levels of resistance to corrosives, heat, cold, and electricity. The silicar also offers protection against the blunt trauma that would normally pass through the phrik. The use of armorweave for the bodyglove also adds an extra level of protection.

Modular- The Raxi'gam is a very modular armor. Both of the wrists, the back, and the belt are all to have attachments and modifications made to them to suit the needs of the wearer. This modularity offers the user a level of versatility that is not offered by most armors.

Weaknesses: Simple- The Raxi'gam is not a complex armor. With the exception of the helmet, the armor lacks any special features that the materials used in its creation offer. The armor is dependent on attachments in order to be more than a simple set of armor.

Repairs- The Raxi'gam is a very sturdy armor that can withstand a wide ranges of damage, but due to the silicar in its production it is very hard to repair. The plates using silicar and silicar lining are incredibly difficult to repair. This means it is easier to just replace the parts than to try to repair them. In the field too much damage to the armor can be a serious problem because of its difficulty to repair easily.

Description: The Raxi'gam was developed because of the need for a heavy armor designed to withstand the punishment of combat within the Raxis clan. So Gray got a hold of his designers at WESTAR and gave them the challenge of creating such an armor. So they got right on top of it and eventually came up with the idea that would become the Raxi'gam.

The Raxi'gam is an armorweave bodyglove with a silicar lining. Then plates are created from phrik and silicar being layered one after the other until the right thickness is achieved. These plates are then placed over the bodyglove to protect the vital parts of the body. The joints are left only covered by the bodyglove to allow for mobility and ease of movement. The armor was then finished with the creation of the helmet and hard points attached to the wrists and back to allow attachments. The helmet was created from the layering of phrik and silicar as the body plates were, The visor was made from duraglass to offer added protection.

Many features were added to the armor to finish it off. The armor was vacuum sealed to allow for use in space and protect from hazardous environment. An advanced filtration system and rebreather were attached to offer added protection from hazards and an air tank with 30 minutes of breathing to allow for space walking. Magnetic locks were added to the boots to allow the wearer to stand in ships in low gravity. A holoprojector was added to the underside of the wrist that can be moved from wrist to wrist to suit the need of the wearer. The silicar lining used in the bodyglove gives it its ability to regulate body temperature in heat and cold due to the special nature of silicar. The gauntlets were turned into crushgaunts to boost the wearers grip strength and allow more force in punching.

The most features for the armor though are located in the helmet. The helmet was given a HUD with night vision and heat vision to allow the wearer to be able to see in more situations than they naturally would. A binoculat was attached to the helmet that can be raised and lowered as needed by the user. An echo location
mapping system along with the mapping devise were attached to allow for maps to be created for the user in unfamiliar environments. This map can be brought up onto the visor or over the holoprojector either one by vocal command. A communicator was built into the helmet that can be activated by pressing the side of the helmet. A tracker was attached to allow for the user to be tracked if they are in distress. The last feature added was a visual and audio recorder so that the wearer can bring up both for future reference.
