Rax is the digital presence that you always thought was there, the guy that slices things, just because they say it can't be done. He's a hologhost, never seemingly where the authorities think he is, and always exactly where he needs to be. He lives to slice, and he loves bringing it to big corporations that think they can push the small guys around. He's by no means a good guy, he just hates how the rich exploit the poor. He loves helping the rich spend their money, even if they don't know they are spending it yet.
