Raven's Ark
General Company Description
Raven's Ark operates within the business of armed conflict resolution, usually through 'shock-and-awe' rapid domination tactics. Raven's Ark will do its best to provide elite combat effective personnel for any organization seeking assistance in armed conflict, conflict control, or conflict prevention.

Mission Statement
The Raven's Ark Group seeks to provide exemplary service to all independent organizations wanting military assistance. The first Ravens prided themselves in outstanding performance and reliability. This is a notion that has been carried throughout the organization's existence, and is the group's primary goal in operation.

Faction Goals and Objectives
Eventually Raven's Ark hopes to provide its fantastic service to all of the galaxy. The Ravens will be synonymous with top-tier mercenary, and will be the go-to faction for conflict support, resolution, and prevention.

Immediately, Matho and his team intend to sail across the galaxy, recruiting individuals with potential to become Ravens. Through the advanced training facility on The Ark, this will all be possible

Who can utilize The Ravens?
Raven's Ark will accept contracts from any organization, group, faction, or individual, provided the contractor is not representing a town, city, principality, or land. Ravens are soldiers without borders, they do not answer to potential contractors with land holdings and established governments.

SWOT Analysis
Strengths:
  • Very skilled group that is highly capable and very accomplished in warfare
  • Can handle most situations which are difficult to impossible with conventional means and methods
  • Any Raven can be hired for the right price
  • Decent sized catalog of Ravens with unique skills
  • Reliable; Carry out missions even if it costs their lives
  • Extremely Confidential
Weaknesses:
  • Ravens are somewhat difficult to control; Majority of them answer only to Raven's Ark
  • Any job they are given must first go through Raven's Ark
  • Some Ravens are expensive to hire
  • Ravens charge by mission, so keeping one around for an entire campaign is costly
Opportunities:
  • Most mercenaries are independent, and do not have access to extensive resources
  • With the growing conflict between factions, the need for mercenaries is higher than ever
Threats:
  • Bounty hunting groups can overlap into mercenary work; These concretely established guilds and factions can cut into profits
  • Due to the nature of mercenary work, grudges between factions can be kept; Special care will be needed to preserve the fact that Raven's Ark is completely neutral, and are only motivated by money, not personal feelings and convictions
