Advanced Shield Systems

• 
  Dual Layered Shields, the Raskova has two shield systems the first of which is a retribution shield that has a chance of redirecting some of the energy taken back to an enemy. But this won’t last very long when engaged in conflict for longer periods of time. Therefore the Raskova has a standard deflector shield to keep her in the fight.
  

Strengths:

  Droid Bombers: A squadron of droid bombers now call the Raskova home, these droid bombers add to the Raskova’s ability to harass capital ships.
  
• 
  Versatile: New [SIZE=10pt]flextube[/SIZE] torpedo launchers give the Raskova a versatility she hadn’t had before, of course once a loadout has been chosen she’s committed to it until she’s unleashed her payload.
  

Weaknesses:

• 
  Ion/EMP: For all the shields it may have [SIZE=10pt]and[/SIZE] even a mimic sensor decoy, the Raskova is not impervious to Ion/EMP weapons which will render such defenses futile.
  
• 
  Slow: The Raskova has a slow turn rate but an average rate of speed allowing her to outpace some of the larger capital ships she’s squared up against.
  
• 
  Starfighters: Even though she’s equipped with droid bombers, a group of interceptors would negate them easily enough. Leaving the Raskova vulnerable to starfighters in larger numbers.
  

Description: Formerly the Fortan-class Heavy Corvette, the Raskova carries on the same mission profile; harass the larger capital vessels. While not designed to tango with them one on one the Raskova is meant to distract and divide larger ships. She can go head to head with ships of her type, and when not in combat is able to analyze astronavigation and astrophysics making her a key ship for charting the [SIZE=10pt]ever expanding[/SIZE] galaxy.

While the Raskova would maintain her combat profile, [SIZE=10pt]Fiolette[/SIZE] needed to find a weapon that would hit harder but consume less. She found this in the Corona, not only would it hit harder but it consumed less space allowing for a slight increase in offensive weaponry when compared to the Fortan MK II. Additionally she added more defensive weapons to the ship allowing to her fight a little bit longer.

[SIZE=10pt]Equipped with chaffs and flares to help keep missiles at bay. Redundant shields deflector and retribution shields to help keep her going. [/SIZE]Lastly she strictly keeps a squadron of droid bombers in her hangar to help aid in both defensive bombing runs and offensive runs.

Defensively the Raskova retains her sensor mask

This sensor mask should be listed in the advanced systems. Additionally, I would like to know how effective this sensor mask is roughly as it can be played as stealth technology.

I actually removed it from the overall ship defensives and just forgot to update the description, but for your eyes;


Sensor Mask

Sensor masks were devices added to starships so that they would be more difficult for other vessels to detect. The bounty hunters 4-LOM and Zuckuss had a sensor mask installed on their ship, the Mist Hunter.
