Description:
Designed for the Ranger's as a portable artillery cannon, the Ranger's mortar is collapsible quicker to assemble and hook it all up. Powering the mortar with their field reactors and power packs are in the hands of the newer ranger's artillery division. Normal ranger's in the field have it set up and are able to use it with depending on how much ammo they bring with them. The range of the mortar is not as long as the larger artillery weapons and it is heavily recommended to have a good line of sight to make correction as needed to you arc and remain stationary for best chances to hit. The different types of shots able to be used also serve different purposes. The ion is great against enemy droids and vehicles with not harming the area. The plasma is strong able to glob of super hot energy at an area and coat it for a small time with splash area that will burn for several seconds before cooling.

I am not sure I was looking for an average speed someone can reload a mortar or the fastest speed and kept getting things for battlefield 4 and some other games. Even reading the wiki for it saw more for range then for how often it takes to reload.

[member="Willa Isard"], I don't necessarily see this as needing to be a specific number, I was just curious as to how it acted as a weakness. For example, a cool down of half second probably isn't a weakness, but if we're talking about every couple of seconds, that's fine.

While it's probably not the best comparison, the M252 mortar has a 8-16 round per minute fire (so every roughly every 4 to 8 seconds). If you'd prefer to just compare it as being slower-firing than most weapons, that'd be fine too.
