DESCRIPTION
Rakieh's Saber Dao was designed more as an aspect of show than of combat, initially at least. It was with the design of Saber Dao that Rakieh wanted to showcase his knowledge of Ataru, and use it accent the style and turn it into an art. From a smidgen of naivety, it was designed so that Rakieh could fight and bring out the beauty in battle, if there was any, and turn it into an art.
From a functionality standpoint, the use of the Dao in Rakieh's hands is very fluid and artistic, taking heavy inspiration from the form IV Ataru lightsaber combat. It was designed later down the line with the intention of making it very easy to transition into force augmented combat, and later, if he should learn it, to transition seamlessly into the form III Soresu, in case of desperate defensive measures.
