He is tall, fit and aging Mon calamari man. His skin is green with red spots on the head and on the forearms. He's wearing traditional beige Mon calamari fatigues. His right arm is full of scars, this arm is very weak and cannot really be used. He carries a Calamri-Jo made out of Karnaq-Corali (short staff with carvings on top) for defense.
BIOGRAPHY:
Rah'ïan was a Mon calamari of tall stature who lived a peaceful life on mon cala. From a young age he was very interested in his own culture and in the Quarren culture, he practised Kar-Shak since he was very young and later inteded Dak City school for conservation and restauration of cultural artifact where he became a technician in conservation. he ventually became chief curator of the "Mon Cala Center for Cultural Heritage and Artifacts" along with his Quarren counterpart Massek Prok. Rah'ïan travels the galaxy in search of knowledge and spiritual training, he wants to learn more about the objects that lived for thousands of generations and tell the story of the galaxy.

C4-RPO uses an advanced museum collection management software, he's also got a special protocol software installed.
This droid was imperial property, it belonged to Warden Richter Kräken who was in charge of Mon Calamari slave back in the old empire days.
He's a vault for Mon cala related information. He's got every pieces of the "Mon Cala Center for Cultural Heritage and Artifacts" collection referenced in his memory.
