Once they activated Rage, he was quickly disabled after several small tests. They painted the armor several times until they finally got the best result. They tested Rage for several years until they decided it was safe to release to the public. Rage was programmed to be able to use all of his features, including melee and ranged weapons. He was then packed into a crate, pushed onto a ship, and sent to Coruscant.
