In a time of war and strife a singular nation has read between the lines and seen the profit that could be made. Cerberus, formed just below the Tingle arm, is a new nation born of warlords. They hire out mercenaries to the highest bidder for a steep price and a promise the mercs will serve justly. They are made up of neither Jedi or Sith all though all are welcome. But, should any raise a hand to sway the populace towards leaning a certain way they would swiftly find that hand broken. The warlords rule is absolute and while not always justified, they are always right. The funds raked in by the mercenary bands under Cerberus are taxed heavily by the warlords and then recycled into the government. Each invasion will cost a faction upwards of billions of credits, so do not fret. You will have your pocket full of cash. Their are rules of engagement, but these vary depending on what warlord you hire. Some may be more lax than others. Needless to say, Cerberus is not just another band of raving marauders. Their are rules and laws. All will follow them.
(Ooc: Cerberus is a government of mercs, which can be hired out by factions, once we go major, to host invasions. It’s a way of actually making sure that your band of mercenaries can have an impact on the map game. We will only be sticking to one or two hexes, as per the rules, a capital (or its adjacent) hex can not be invaded by anyone unless they own a neighboring hex.)
