Quick question about a ship

Alright, So I was wanting to know if I could use the facilities of The Coldharbor Mainly because I want to use the Alchemy forge with a buddy of Nick's so he can make some stuff. I already know of the ship because of being there twice. (have threads if need to be shown since in the Infocenter it says that the ship is not really known to be affiliated with the Lords of the Fringe, and since Rave, and Valik are not really here IC to say yes or no, I was gonna go along the lines that I was "allowed to"

That is if it is all okay?

I ask because this is not my ship, nor do I want to make it look like I own it.
