Questions... (Planet Dxun)

The resonating echos of predatory animals kept Kitani on the move. The tattered clothing, and bruises all over her body were obvious signs that she has been out here for such a long time. Kitani appears to look much more skinnier than she normally does, and that was clearly saying something. She exhales as she keeps on running, it appears that her location has been compromised.

< Leave me alone! > She thinks

She runs as fast as she can, evading roots and trees. After she feels that she has gotten far enough, she decides to take rest. She hunches down behind a tree. She lowers her head to allow her hair to obscure her face. Tears begin to quickly race down her face.

< Why am I here...What is this place...but more importantly...Who am I? > She thinks

It appears that past events has caused Kitani to loose her memories of her past life. She looks down at her hands. flashbacks begin to seep into her minds. Electric shocks, and a eerie presence of something malignant was all she could see and feel. She closed her fist tightly shaking these thoughts. There was no way she could be experiencing these feelings since she had no recollection of how they happen. Just then, she felt as if someone was nearby. She jerks her head up, and looks around the area. To the naked eye, it appears that nothing was in the vicinity. But there was feeling that she could not shake away. She kept on looking around the area in a hectic manner. She was expecting someone, or something to show up.

3 days earlier

Laying in the soft bed on his starship Akhilleus tossed and turned as his mind was assaulted by something he had never felt before… A premonition. He stood in a dense jungle the caws and roars of local fauna filling his ears. The sounds of a stream dribbling on down its path. The sky was blocked out by the thick jungle canopy, leaving the dark jedi in darkness. Akhilleus’ head swam as in the distance he heard a mighty caw that echoed through the jungle coming at him. However above it all he heard something that was unique in the jungle. Crying. Turning it was as though Akhilleus could see through the jungle as the vision revealed to him a young woman with white hair and pale skin. Her body half starved. Reaching out a hand to the woman Akhilleus felt a sudden shift of vertigo as he was yanked back to reality with the last thing he felt or saw being an oppressive darkside aura.

Current day

Taking a step off his star shuttle onto the planet of Dxun, Akhilleus took in the first breath of the jungle. He had searched two other jungle worlds in hopes of finding the woman that had been in his dream… No in the premonition he had been shown. For the first few hours after he had awoken that day Akhilleus thought the vision had simply been due to him drinking too much. But the darkside aura and the clear image of the young girl said differently. He had only ever heard of others experiencing such visions through the force, but one common thing that was said is that one cannot simply ignore them. This is the place. Akhilleus thought as the darkside aura of the moon permeated the area, so thick that one could slice through it with a lightsaber.

Looking up to ensure his dream had been correct Akhilleus grimaced. Clearings in the jungle were scarce and he had been lucky to find one from above due to the density of the leaves and branches above. Shrugging on his pack the dark jedi entered the dark jungle paying no heed to the sounds of wildlife that most likely wished to eat him or saw the Hellyni as a meal. Ears perking up Akhilleus listened for the sound of crying he had heard in his dream and made his way too it.

Kitani felt as if she was slowly being surrounded by who knows what. Her senses were beginning to be assaulted by anxiety. This anxiety would serve as a warning for a Jedi, but Kitani had no recollection as to what she was exactly feeling. There was something about the surrounding entities that yelled hostility, but there was something else she felt that was approaching fast. From this source, she felt a malignant feeling. It was a rather familiar feeling, but it was none too inviting. She stares in the direction of the incoming entity. She steps back, staggering in place. She shakes her head as if she was telling whatever it was to stay away.

Just then, the other entities that where chasing her earlier manage to find their way towards her. Turns out it was the the wildlife from the planet. Kitani stated in horror, fear is all she could feel at the moment. But just then, she felt something else snap inside of her. It was an involuntary action of her lifting her right hand towards the beast.

"Get away!" She yelled

She felt the surge of her force abilities flourish outwards to defend herself out of pure fear. The beast is sent backwards towards a nearby tree. With a loud thump, the animal drops on the ground. It appeared to not give up however. It slow stands up, and in a predatory manner, it attempts to approach Kitani. Kitani looks at her hand before staring back at the animal, maybe she was not powerless after all.

< What am I > she thinks.

The screams of a young girl caught Akhilleus’ attention. So the vision hadn’t been a lie. He thought as he began tracking his way through the forest on a path leading to where the scream had come from. Without even taking his time to make his way through the thick foliage, Akhilleus raised his hand releasing a wave of kinetic energy that ripped the plants straight out the ground and tumbling away leaving the insects and rodents that his beneath it homeless. Boots stomping through the muddy ground and a bead of sweat rising up on his brow Akhilleus saw a young woman up ahead her hand still outstretched after she had blasted back a Maalraas who was growling and slowly pacing her way back to the human.

The red skin of the creature nearly blended in with the surrounding darkness. Looking to the girl Akhilleus saw the confusion on her face as well as the lines on her face where the tears had once been. This time without even raising his hand Akhilleus laid his eyes on the Maalraas and with a slight exertion lifted the creature up in an invisible fist slamming it hard into the tree and pinning it there. There was a sharp cracking and popping as the lightsaber resistant bones began to shatter beneath the oppressive force of Akhilleus’ telekinesis. Releasing pained howls, the creature squirmed trying to escape its tail lashing back and forth as its maw lay open tongue rolling out to hang limply as the last vestiges of life were literally squeezed from the creature. Releasing the now dead predator Akhilleus let the corpse fall to the ground where it crumpled akin to a jellyfish.

“That could’ve went worse.” Akhilleus said turning his golden eyed gaze to the young girl. Only now did he notice how truly thin she was. How long had she been left out here, when was the last time she had even eaten a real meal. It reminded Akhilleus of himself during his father’s reign where he had been confined to the dungeons and rarely fed. A sharp pain in his heart he reached down into his pack and pulled out three nutrition bars. “Here, eat these you look famished. And take a seat.”

The display for Akhilleus' force prowess was enough to send anyone who was not familiar with such mechanics running in fear, or left in utter shock. Kitani's amnesia's practically erased any and all knowledge on the force, but the dark feeling that surged out of the male was not something that she could simply ignore. Kitani stumbled backwards as she attempted to make even more space between her, and the male. She shakes her head quickly, and points her index finger at him.

" You, you..Who...what are yo-"

She quickly stop talking as her flashback began to take a hold of her. She grunts softly as the same dark feelings in her flashback, is the fame feeling that she is currently feeling from him. Her hands slowly reach up towards her white hair, and then she pulls at it.

" You will not hurt me! " She yells at the male

Her upper lip quivers in anger, but deep down she was simply feeling scared and alone.

[member="Akhilleus"]

The young woman seemed to be on the dredges of whatever sanity she had left. Had Akhilleus’ demonstration done that to her? He had simply come to help, as he looked at her all he could see is himself as a child. The fear in her eyes the pulling on her hair. IT hadn’t been long ago when Akhilleus himself had done such things to himself. When he had been scared of nearly everyone. Shut away from his own people because of his heritage and a mistake made by his mother that the Hellyni had to pay for. HE didn’t know what he could say to calm the young woman, of course he could simply use the force to pin her in place but that would only make it worse.

“Listen, I am with the Silver Sanctum. I am a jedi.While Akhilleus wasn’t technically a jedi as he didn’t believe in their ideals or mantra he did associate himself with them. “I did not come here to hurt you, here take the food.” The nutrition bars would begin floating from his outstretched palm to the young girl. Of course even these could be turned into weapons if Akhilleus wished to do so, but it wasn’t. She was no harm to him. She was just scared.

Noticing the quivering of the white haired woman’s lower lip and the determination that filled her gaze, Akhilleus wondered if she would try to attack him. It wouldn’t be the smartest decision as he had taken plenty of hard hits in his days. But even if she did he wouldn’t strike back. “I am here to help you. The force called me to you. I want to take you to someplace safer.The jungles of Dxun were some of the most dangerous on the planet and if there was already one Malraas in the area there would be more coming. They couldn’t still be there when they arrived.

The word "Force" transcends the normal definition what the male was referring to. Kitani could sense this, but she still had no idea as to why. The Jedi also felt a bit too surreal. She had no recollection as to what the word meant, but somehow she sense that it intertwined with her. An image of a glowing wand being waved around in a hostile manner. She pulled on her strands a bit more until optics shifted from the him and over towards the floating bars. Kitani has been stuck on this forsaken planet for far too long; It was beyond anyone as to how she found the substance to survive. The hair pulling stop when the floating bars got closer; Slowly she reaches out for them, and instantly devours one. She would have ate the wrapper if she got impatient. Her optics where glued on the packaging contemplating on great her stomach felt at the very moment. Her thoughts were quickly shot down as she perked her head up. She looks around before staring off towards the east. She was sure that something was coming their way.

" It's coming back! "

She exclaims fully aware of the hostile nature that an animal is coming their way. She knew that it was not another human, but it could be another a Malraas..or maybe even something worse. She looks over towards Akhilleus. At this moment this man was her only chance to keep on living, or even getting of the planet.

" Jedi...all right " She softly exhales as she speaks.

Watching someone so young and on the verge of starving was devastating on anybody. Even someone as cold as Akhilleus felt sorry for her. It seemed like the bar vanished, he wasn’t even sure if she had chewed the bar completely. At least he had done something right in terms of dealing with her, she didn’t seem to hesitate taking the food, but how would she feel if he got closer? Who had abandoned her on this moon? How did she get stuck on a planet filled with rogue beast riders and wild creatures that could kill a mundane being in an instant? From the fact she had been able to survive this long meant either she was incredibly lucky or the force had been protecting her.

Taking a step forward, Akhilleus immediately halted at her screams of saying something was coming. If she was truly sensing another one of the wild beasts of Dxun that would be impressive. Akhilleus had nearly zero abilities in the sensing aspects so wouldn’t have been able to sense them till it was too late. Malraas were even able to hide themselves from the human eye so it would take advanced scanners or one with the force to see them.

“That’s right a jedi. Throwing his shoulders back and placing fists on his hip Akhilleus put on the air of someone extremely confident and powerful. He wanted her to feel safe around him, at least long enough to get them both to his ship and off this hell’s nest. Hoping she was assured that he was there to help Akhilleus would move closer to her. Above the canopy he heard a loud screech that chilled his blood. He had done the research before coming to Dxun and knew the screech. It was a Drexl, avian predators of both Onderon and Dxun. “Whats your name?” The question was simply to take her mind off the approaching predators. He didn’t want her to still be scared when the creatures arrived.

It was safe to say that Kitani had been having relapses of force sensing through out the many months that she was stuck on the moon. The thing was that she was not completely aware of her abilities; To her it was simply some sort of luck that she is able have a forewarning of things to come. She manage to rely on it for the most part. Akhilleus is allowed to get closer to Kitani. At the moment his actions only hinted at being helpful, and that is enough to convince her. Still there was something about the male that made her uneasy. Confidence did ooze from the male, and Kitani is fully aware. For the first time in many months, She felt as if she had nothing to worry about. Maybe she is desperate? His question did make her rather concern. In all her times on the moon, she never thought to herself that she had a name. She lowers her glance towards his feet, and begins to contemplate on this.
" My name?" She repeats after him

She bits her lower lip before passing her left hand through her white hair. Grime and dirt can be seen all over her hair and face. However, the white hair is still visible.

" I...I-I don't know..." She answers in a sorrowful manner.

Something so trivial as a name bothers her so deeply. She looks up at him with.

" I don't know... Who I am... "

[member="Akhilleus"]

How did she forget her name? Akhilleus thought as he lowered closer to her. She was different from his other apprentice Richel when he had met him. Richel had been cocky and arrogant, this young girl was frightened out of her mind. Sometimes doing things forcefully wasn’t the right answer though it was the way Akhilleus knew how to do things. The most interactions he had with people usually included political prisoners or his father’s concubines. Even being royalty he wasn’t the best at dealing with others. Lightly patting her shoulder Akhilleus tried comforting the young girl.

Actually he had an idea, the girl was a jedi, and who knows how long she had been trapped on Dxun. She probably had a missing person’s report out by now, if anything Akhilleus would be able to find her off the appearance alone. Pulling a datapad out of his pocket and trying to ignore the screeches of the approaching Drexl, the Hellyni would take a picture of the white haired woman and in an instant he had three separate pings. He had been right, she was a jedi and had been reported missing many moons ago. Back during the times where the Republic had been in its haydays instead of being ran by those who couldn’t even defend themselves. “Well I got some good news and the bad news. The good news, this is you.” Kneeling down Akhilleus would offer the datapad to Kitani so she could learn more about herself from the information provided in the database.

“The bad news I think our time is up.” Turning Akhilleus had been listening for the Malraas since Kitani had sensed them coming. The things were as quiet as death but now that they had entered the clearing Akhilleus heard the snap of twigs. They were close, only thing is Akhilleus couldn’t sense them. It would be an incredibly one-sided fight if he didn’t even know where they were coming from except off his own human senses. “Hey hop on my back… We’re going to be taking a trip". Kneeling down Akhilleus offered Kitani his back as though she were a child. “Trust me."

[member="Kitani Corandel"]

The pat on Kitani's shoulder only made her feel even more helpless. As if being stuck on this moon was bad enough. She looks up just in time to see the male take a picture of the girl. She was rather confused with this action, but of course it was explained. Upon taking a look at the data pad, her eyes open wide. She stared at herself, and it was if she is meeting someone else for the first time. She read the name out loud.

" Kitani Corandel.." She softly says

She looks back up towards Akhilleus. To her this name meant nothing to her. she simply looks at him before glancing back down towards the data pad to the place that reads " Jedi".

" Jedi? " She utters back.

The man just told her that he is Jedi himself, but yet again this meant nothing to her. She hands back the Data pad. The snapping of the twigs was not enough to warn her of the incoming presence of the Malraas, but her slight intuition caused her to remember that got closer. Fear quickly could be seen in her eyes. She steps closer towards Akhilleus, and nods at his suggestion. Upon getting on his back, he would feel that she felt lighter than she looks. She placed all her weight since she was exhausted. She had been on the run on this planet for many moons, and this was the first time she could actually rest with out fearing for her life. She struggles to stay awake.

@Akhilleus

Now that he had a name to call Kitani, it would make things easier. After they were safely off this planet the two could spend time helping her either recollect her memories or build new ones. Considering she was a jedi maybe even take her to the temple and get the young woman a master. That is only if she wanted to, Akhilleus wasn’t a fan of indoctrinating young children into an order that they knew nothing about. Ears perking up he kept them open for the Malraas. So when he took back the datapad he just slid it in his belt while giving Kitani time to get comfortable on his back. He trip was going to be dangerous and incredibly scary if she feared heights.

Hands going beneath Kitani’s legs so she wouldn’t fall Akhilleus looked like a older brother carrying his sister. Kitani was so light he was scared he’d break her with his next stunt. The slow menacing footsteps of the Malraas grew closer their growls giving away their locations. It was time to move. Left leg dipping to where the knee nearly touched the ground and the right bent Akhilleus called upon the force. He opened himself to the flowing currents and in an instant it filled his being. Gathering it around himself Akhilleus pushed off the ground with an explosive burst of telekinetic energy that sent both him and Kitani rocketing meters into the sky. The wind whistled in his ears and at the maximum height of the jump they breached the forest canopy. The sky was blue and in it Drexls’ circled one flying directly beneath the two.

As they began to fall again Akhilleus slowed their fall. It took a lot of skill with the telekinetic aspects of the force to do what he had done, and he’d seen few do it. Landing with an oof on the Drexl’s back Akhilleus cackled but the bird began to buck wildly trying to shake its new occupants off. Akhilleus didn’t have a way to calm the beast. Mentalist abilities were out his ballpark, but possibly not Kitani’s. “Hey kid. You used the force once before, I’m going to show you how to do it again. I want you to close your eyes and think calming thoughts while focusing on our friend here. Do what you can to calm and assure him.”

[member="Kitani Corandel"]

The sudden increase in speed to jump in the air was enough to make anyone that has not experience this cringe. The female held on tightly to the shoulders of the male as she closed her eyes through out most of the jump. It was not until they were in the apex of the jump that she opened her eyes. She looked straight ahead into the horizon; If it were not for that fact that this forsaken planet was trying to kill them, she could actually enjoy the view.

The sinking feeling in her stomach brought her back to reality, and reminded her that gravity still existed. They began to descend slowly, and soon enough she found herself on top of their avian friend. The Drexl buck wildly under them, it was obvious that it was not pleased with the extra weight on it's back. Akhilleus' request made her do a double take.

" M-m-me? The Force? "

This concept was incredibly fresh to her, and now this man was telling her that she is able to pull such a stunt? She felt uneasy, and it was probably being sense by the Jedi himself.

" I don't know if I can.."

She was completely unsure that she can pull it off, but she still attempted. She closed her eyes, and attempted to focus on the Drexl they are riding on. Who or what she would be trying to do was beyond her. The notion was to calm her it down, but to be fair Kitani has been on the run for such a long time. The last thing on her mind was pure thoughts. She ended up thinking of dark and twisted thoughts. A flash back erupts in the midst of this. A surge of electric shocks crackled in her mind. She grunts in anger. The Drexl that would have been calm down by the force, had been agitated even more by the very same force. The Drexl appear to gain a new light as it shook around violently due to the dark thoughts Kitani had felt.

[member="Akhilleus"]

“yes the report said you were a jedi! And you blasted the Malraas back earlier. Controlling this thing should be easy!” Akhilleus called back to her his voice almost drowned out by the screeches of the Drexl. It was not happy with either of them and it was obvious. Entering a spiral it tried to relieve itself of the extra weight the two presented. Its tactic would’ve worked if Akhilleus hadn’t been expecting it. He used his own powers to keep him and Kitani pinned to its back as though with some glue. She had not only lost her memories of herself but of how to use the force. Akhilleus would have to teach her. Now would be the best time.

Kitani’s grunts of anger alerted the Hellyni to why the drexl was getting angrier. It was channeling the young woman’s emotions. The tactics of the beast became even more wild as it began diving in and out of the forest canopies hoping to deposit them into one of the trees. Still Akhilleus hung on keeping Kitani pressed close to himself. “If you can only think of negative things force the creature to obey you! Turn that anger into a strength, use it to enforce your will upon the creature.” This of course was not something a jedi would do. Jedi were more used to channeling both the emotions of the beast and themselves. But the way Akhilleus was trying to teach Kitani would be faster. He could teach her the lighter way later on… If there was a later on. The Hellyni didn’t know if there would be.

Entering one more desperate dive the Drexl flew straight at the ground. Air whistled in Akhilleus’ ears causing his hair to whip wildly to and fro. His legs tightened on its body and he found himself cursing his mental immunity. It was also keeping him from simply controlling the beast himself and if Kitani didn’t get herself together they’d soon be dead or Malraas food. “Kitani!”

[member="Kitani Corandel"]

The negative emotions caused a huge distress in Kitani. Her past experiences have currently caught up to her in the most horrible of timing. It was quite obvious that she would end up needing to talk about this, but at the moment there was other things that needed to be fixed. The Drexl acting violently puts them in grave danger. She held on tightly for her life fearing the worse. The avian friend kept on flying way too close the trees. In the some instances she could almost feel the tree on top them. The sinking feeling return to her stomach as the Drexl began a dive. Kitani closed her eyes as she braced for the worst. The words of Akhilleus flooded her mind as everything began to feel distant. Even the male screaming her name felt like he was miles away.

< Anger..into strengths? >

These were bold words for Kitani to even think. How could she even begin to do such a stunt. This push her every fiber of her being, but at the moment they needed a way out. The Drexl was nearing more and more towards the ground. The time to act is now. She opened her eyes, and stared at the Drexl.

" You...will obey me! "

She yells from the back of the male. The empath in training pick to force the beast using her own anger and frustration. She grits her teeth getting angrier and angrier. The malignant thoughts that clouded her mind would now be helping dominate the creature. Tears began to stream down her face; Her emotions got the better of her. They had been bottled up, and now it simply burst. The Drexl stood no chance, even if Kitani is a novice. Moments before hitting the ground, it simply swoop back up into the air. It roared in pain, but it still did as it was told.

[member="Akhilleus"]

If Kitani said something Akhilleus couldn’t hear it. What he could here was the thumping of his heart. It ran rampant and while he tried to calm it he couldn’t. Instead he took that excitement and began pumping it through himself. He used it to control the flow of the force, many thought that the only way to utilize the mythical energy was by letting it control you akin to the jedi and placing your trust in it. The second was the more violent way of the Sith where you bent the force to your will till it simply became a beast of burden. However, the third path that less utilized was a mixture of the two. Without using the volatile emotions of the darkside and focusing on the large multitude one could get a similar effect.

Prepared to leap off the Drexl, Akhilleus jerked forward and soon had to shift his weight to keep him and the young woman from free falling to the ground below. Kitani had succeeded. Many would’ve thought it a miracle but Akhilleus knew what it was. It was the force and Kitani using it. She controlled the beast and had brought it beneath her will. Pointing his hand to the east Akhilleus spoke. “Head due east, my ship will be in a clearing there. As he wasn’t the one in control Akhilleus would need to allow Kitani to do the guiding of the Drexl. He’d never be able to use such abilities in the force which already put the dark jedi behind others considered to be of the knight level.

“You’re doing good, just continue to hold your focus and keep your will strong. Give no quarter. Akhilleus coached looking over the edge of the Drexl’s back to see the landscape below them passing by in a blur. “What are you feeling?”

[member="Kitani Corandel"]

Kitani felt the Drexl whale in anger and frustration. She had achieve the task of controlling the beast, but at what cost? The question that Akhilleus asked came in at perfect timing. She kept her eyes closed as she answered. She also forces the beast to head east towards his ship.

" I feel...I feel..anger...sorrow...This beast feels the same now.." She admits.

It felt wrong to control such an animal to her will, but they needed to find a way to survive. The Drexl continue to holler in frustration. Kitani at the moment seem to be a conductor of this negative emotion. Truly her past experiences had left her scar, and of course her memories wiped clean. In her mind she was able to see something else. A dark tall figure in which the crackle of electricity came from. Kitani grunt in anger even more; The Drexl's howl of frustration turned into whimpers. It seem that the control that the padawan was having over it, seem to grow in anger. Kitani heard these whimpers, and thankfully this broke her out of her trance. She opened her eyes quickly to see the damage she had caused.

" I'm sorry.." she softly says to the Drexl

[member="Akhilleus"]

“Yes, those emotions are both yours and that of this creatures. You’re linked, what you feel he feels. It doesn’t feel good does it?” While he had commanded her to make the connection he had to teach Kitani the reason to not do it so often and forcefully. Doing things this way left an effect on the creature that would only last as long as she was in control. Instead if she had succeeded at coaxing it with calming emotions she would’ve made it an ally willing to work with her. Possibly even give its own life for her. It was the same when mentally influencing the thoughts of another sentient being. Enforcing your will over them will wear off far faster than giving them a simple suggestion through the force.

Ignoring the creatures’ whimpers Akhilleus began circling around the clearing that held the shuttle before they began to lower to the ground. He knew the creature would be in pain that it hated being controlled in such a way. It was a perversion of the natural order. The Drexl were used to being in control and Kitani had taken that from this one. “Don’t tell it you’re sorry, show it you’re sorry. That regret you have, use it to communicate with it. You now know the consequences of using the ability in such a way. Now this time send calming emotions and coax it to making a complete landing.If she were a jedi hadn’t this been a natural part of her training? IT could explain why she felt guilty about forcing the Drexl to obey. It had to be done it was a vital lesson and he’d use it to see how she responded to using the dark side of the force. Many jedi didn’t take kindly to it or even like the sensation it left them with when it was all over.

Kitani replied to the male with a small nod. This whole entire ordeal felt wrong from the moment she attempted to control this creature for her own gain. Akhilleus coaching her made her feel a bit more confident in what she was doing, but of course she had to make everything right. It seems that the male did hear her apology, and made a small comment that held a lot of weight. She had to show this Drexl that she was truly sorry for what she did. Kitani attempted to relinquish any malignant thoughts from the Drexl. She thought of all the harm that was done to her, and how she would never wish for this on anyone; Be it sentient or not. Little did Kitani know, she was actually tapping into a broader skill of the force; It was probably one she did not know existed. Being an empath probably made it a bit easier to work on the skill seeing that she can feel things that normally one could not.

Momentarily the Drexl would have control of itself, thus leading into another frenzy. This time Kitani attempted to coaxed the beast. She closed her eyes as she focus on the Drexl. She humbled herself towards the Drexl, making sure that it knew that she was truly sorry for the ordeal. She wanted to make sure that it understood it's need for survival, but at the moment it needed it's aid. This process took a bit longer and it resulted in a inner battle with the avian creature. She had no room for error, and it was exactly sink or swim.

" I almost....I got it! "

Kitani exclaimed as she was certain a bond was made. This was made apparent when the beast let out small roar, but it was of course a rather contempt one. The beast lowered itself onto the ground, and even dropped low to the ground to let them off easily.

" I think I did it...the right way.." She softly says

[member="Akhilleus"]

Akhilleus didn’t know what was happening anymore while the beast was beneath Kitani’s control. A master skilled with the telepathy aspects of the force would’ve been able to keep better track of what Kitani was doing. Akhilleus on the otherhand just had to hope that she was doing it correctly. So far she was doing well. For her first time doing it and on a Drexl no less. She had been trained and been through things before. This was the perfect starting point for her. Not Knight Material yet but she’d be perfect for it eventually and probably a great master in the far future.

Looking back Akhilleus noted the look on Kitani’s face. It spoke magnitudes. She was taking the lesson seriously and was possibly stressing over what would happen next. If necessary Akhilleus could save them but it was best to let her think her failure would mean imminent death for them both. That was how the Hellyni had been trained and look how he turned out. But despite everything going against her Kitani had succeeded. “That’s good for your first time. Hopping off the Drexl, Akhilleus pulled Kitani with him.

“Be sure to thank it for the assistance offered. IF you do you may possibly have a new friend the next time you come to this planet. Plus you did forcefully intrude upon its mind. Some wouldn’t have expected the lesson from a Dark Jedi, they all assumed Dark Jedi were just sith under a different name and without a code. That was untrue. All Dark Jedi were Sith but it wasn’t the other way around. Dark Jedi came in all colors like other force users but instead focused on their own freedom. Tapping his datapad Akhilleus activated the ramp for his shuttle. “Welp if you want off this hell hole come on. I’ll take you back to the Voss Temple. The jedi there may be able to help you.”
