Not a whole lot, actually. The different Force user titles basically mean what you want them to mean. Sith and Jedi are obvious, but other than that they have no canon meaning. Knock your lights out.

There's kind of a gradient, though.

Jedi - Religiously official light side
Rogue - Generic light side
Neutral - Le duh
Dark Jedi - Generic dark side
Sith - Religiously official dark side
