It could be the post count on your character (like below 100 posts perhaps), but I'm not entirely certain. There might be a restriction on character accounts, or maybe you voted on another one.

I wonder if we can actually turn off character account voting. That should be a thing we look into. It'd prevent alt-padding votes.
