Question Needs Answer

So I'm about to complete my development thread for a battle unit for the Black Rose when an idea came to me. Before I can make that idea into reality I have a question that needs answering by those that use the Codex frequently.

Can a development thread be used for more than one submission? The idea is to create both a battle unit to be used for Dominions and such and a special unit to protect the Grand Lady.
