+/+ Sneaks up on his victims in the dark and strangles them with his Laqeus, or noose. He will then follow with a Gladius.
+/+ Quick and agile, able to avoid being seen by most non-force users. Jedi can still notice them because of there advanced capabilities
+/+ Skilled in the Laquearius style of fighting.
+/- Not trained to last for long periods of time, no that he needs it anyways
+/- His emotions can get the best of him. (I know this is cheesy, but it is true. A Gladiators life is hard.)
-/- The Rope is very unstable mentally. Simply put, he is a cold blooded killer

-/- The Rope's fighting style can easily be countered by Jedi, Sith, or anything else with a lightsaber. Once his rope is gone, he's toast.
APPEARANCE:
Quaz'c generally wears Subarmallis and has a Cingulum attached at his waistline to hold it up. A Balteus, or a sword belt, is fastened to his Cingulum. These are the only clothes Quaz'c wears, save for when his rope is around his body. His body is relatively clean and his chest and back have no hair. A clean shaven man who is completely bald, he has no hair except for his eyebrows and eyelashes. This of course helps him to get his victims that are excellent swimmers. He isn't seen much except usually by his victims in which he carries a horrifying grin on his face. Laughter emits when he has 'scored another.' TLDR; He is a diaper wearing madman who hangs people
