Pulling a Uey, Mando Style

Eriadu. Headquarters of Incom.

Where before MandalMotors under Gilamar Skirata had rarely reached out to other large starship manufacturing companies, now more than ever MandalMotors need to start looking outside of Mandalorian space to secure new and advanced technologies and designs. By order of the Mand'alor and his employer, Dorn Skirata, Zeke was here on Eriadu to represent MandalMotors in a meeting that he hoped would be brief and fruitful with Incom.

The Mandalorian shuttle landed on Incom's docking pad and he was escorted by a rather proper protocol droid and an attractive Liran to his meeting.

Pella headed out onto the pad with a very small retinue.

"Good to see you in person," she called out. "I trust the journey was pleasant. This is Garn from engineering and Fellan from sales," she said as she nodded to the human men that flanked her. "A meeting room in the medium security wing is ready. Was there anything in particular you wanted to eat or drink after your trip?"

"A caf would be great Miss Vun," he replied and nodded to the two men. An engineer, salesman, and a CEO walked into an office...There was a joke in there somewhere but he had yet to find it. He gave them all a warm smile. Incom while not the largest corporation had dozens of iconic ship designs that made even companies like his salivate. The one in particular he was here for...well....It held a special place in his heart and he also happened to know a group that would kill for something like this.

"Black, if you please."

It was clear the area was arranged for entertaining. They passed through a wide open space. Iconic designs were suspended above. It was further into the facility where the bleeding edge of engineering took place. Other sites that were less well known carried out testing of prototype vessels well aware from public view.

The room the entered had floor to ceiling glass windows that turned to opaque filters at a touch.

"There's a holoprojector if you want?" Pella asked. It was their show after all.

"I won't need one. I simply want to propose a trade between our two companies." Zeke pulled out two datapads from his briefcase and set them on her desk. "The U-Wing," he started, "Is a very useful transport. Incom has dozens of iconic designs but for me the U-Wing is an impressive ship and always has been." He sat down and clasped his hands together and smiled warmly at the Incom Director.

"I would like to work together with you to produce and bring that line of ships to the Outer Rim." He started writing a note one one of the datapads.

[I want to get ships to a Resistance cell. Can you help me?]

"We're always looking to increase production on the U-Wings," she replied bluntly. "It's a reliable, flexible model that were expecting to become a large part of our business model as well as ensure a lot of manufacturing jobs through," Pella replied bluntly.

"Fellan, would you mind going down to floor besh and asking Mr Andreas for the dot five files on the U-Wing please?" She asked. It was clear the salesman found the request confusing, but he left the room anyway.

Once he was gone she pressed a button on the desk. Very little happened, but someone observant might notice the lights on the conference holo had gone out.

"Speak freely."

The man let out a heavy sigh as if he had been holding his breath. Jamming tech? A prepared mind this one was.

"I would like to get a few orders of U-Wings and other ships smuggled to a few rebel cells. I've been moving product myself since the Mandalorian Civil War but...I think Mandalore is on to my tricks. They've doubled down on MandalMotors security. Will you help me move these ships to my friends?"

He wasn't very good at this whole Rebel thing. He hadn't even found out if she was a friend of the rebels, at least not yet. Hopefully he wouldn't regret his decision.
