Modularity: Yes, easily. It's quite a simple vehicle. The gun can be (reasonably) replaced, you can probably add more armour at reduced speed and. It also can be painted for camouflage needs.

Description: the PRV-10 "Kath Hound" is a small armoured reconnaissance vehicle available to The Primeval's various armed forces. Small, nimble, and quick; the Kath Hound is a very reliable and easily operated vehicle which can be used for scouting out enemy positions or skirting the flanks advancing armies. With long-range transceivers, the PRV-10 can swiftly communicate their findings and with a top speed of 128km/h they can also get out of there before anyone notices.
Simply put what the Kath Hound provides is a mode of transportation with multiple and mostly non-combative roles. Although it is armed and boasts well as an armoured car, its open canopy design and light armour makes it relatively weak against explosives and anti-material weapons.
Strengths:
- Quick & Nimble: Relatively speaking, this is a "get in and get out" vehicle.
- Very Simple: It's about as difficult to operate as IKEA furniture and because of its simplicity it can get through rugged situations without breaking down.
- Eco-friendly: It produces ZERO carbon emissions!!!
- Tin Can: Despite the promises made by the higher echelons of government this vehicle isn't going to stop many explosives.
- Hi There!: It's honestly not that hard to shoot the driver.
- The Wheel: Although wheels are very reliable, it's not going to drive over the ocean...Well, maybe.
