Description:
The Armadillo was fast attack land vehicle developed to bolster the forces of armies and freelance mercenary armies. With its quick speed and a sturdy but not hugely overpowered armament. It can swoop in quickly and deliver a series of blows to enemy positions before falling back to re arm.
The intent of the vehicle is to keep an ever moving gun platform running along the lines of the battle and deliver moderate fire-power when needed.
The plating on the back of the vehicle is very weak and it is powered by a liquid fuel based engine. This can cause it breakdown if not properly oiled and maintained.
The plating on the sides and front of the vehicle is hardy however and can survive small arms and heavy arms fire.
In addition the armor plating on the back can be penetrated by medium arms fire, such as a large anti vehicle round or hit with explosives.
Terrain is not a big factor for the Armadillo as it's shocks and strut system allows it to run over bumps, dirt and potholes, just don’t drive into a ditch or over a vehicle mine.
The Armadillo excels in packs of three to six, with an open ground or just tight enough quarters in urban combat. If it comes a rolling down the street watch out.
