STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :

Strengths:
Relatively fit
Fairly quick on his feet

Weaknesses
Poor discipline
Below average intelligence
Poor hand-to-hand fighter
APPEARANCE:
Dicer has a relatively lean, but muscular build. He is genetically on the skinnier side, but soldier training keeps him in good physical shape.

His hair is always as closely shaven as his current NCO is able to enforce. He often lapses with trimming his facial hair and is rarely clean shaven. His face has suffered from a lifetime of picking fights (and not necessary winning). He has never had the spare funds to have the damage to his node permanently repaired and it is obviously crooked.

BIOGRAPHY:
Psychological Profile:

Curtis Charles was recruited by one of the initiatives on Eriadu. Whilst physically up to the gruelling initial training he was almost moved to the reserve forces based on mental tests. He is under-educated, below average intelligence and has struggled to deal with authority figures for his whole life.

There were discipline issues throughout training. This has improved over time and when mentally engaged he has shown himself to be an excellent soldier. It is suggested that he always placed with a strong willed NCO that demands discipline. He should not be left with junior officers unsupervised. He requires a strong hand, and recent graduates of the officer school may struggle to keep him in line.

Psych evaluation suggests this is a deep rooted problem caused by having an absent father figure through late childhood and unsatisfactory education. He has shown a tendency to latch on to strong authoritative figures with the strength of will to keep him in line.

Observations of Curtis engaged in gambling with his peers suggest he is more tactically astute that at first assumed. He is capable of assessing risks and developing long term strategies. He has yet to apply this to his profession.

Personal History:

Curtis Charles is a product of the underprivileged communities that have expanded massively on Eriadu in recent years. Whilst well behaved as an infant, the split between his parents and move to an area of greater poverty led to a reduction in academic performance and poor behavior. Curtis dropped out of education as soon as he was able, with very few grades or achievements to his name.

He did show proficiency in a number of sports in school and represented his region at a number of sports. He moved through a number of jobs after leaving school, including a stint with a local mechanic before being fired for showing up late too often. Curtis has a great interest in motorsports and vehicles and is a great fan of swoop racing. He lost part of his ear and damaged his left shoulder in an accident at 17.

He fathered a son (Troy) with his girlfriend whilst out of work. He moved through a few more jobs after this, but often lost his earnings to gambling, being a fan of a number of card games.

His girlfriend moved out of the home when his son was 2, choosing to return to the house of her paternal father. Curtis' gambling habit, as well as frequent bouts of drinking and fighting heavily were cited as reasons for the split.

Facing childcare bills he could not afford Curtis signed up during a recruitment campaign, narrowly passing the army’s initial tests.

Curtis's discipline record is mediocre and he has narrowly avoided more serious punishment.

Whilst he is often involved in fights close combat is not actually a strong point. He came third from bottom in his close combat training class and his natural aggression was actually a weak point against more technically competent fighters.

He has excellent physical endurance, and is above average with light rifles.
