Primeval Landscape

Tefraxis tapped his fingers on the table at McYoda's. Man, these things were everywhere.

The black man, slight stubble forming on his face, sipping a Jawa Juice while staring out the window over at the enormous Gigabox Factory that was still under construction on Roon. Tefraxis slurped loudly. He was still Tsavong, disguised, as he didn't wander far from the Gigabox with this disguise. He looked around the room at all the patrons who weren't there. The restaurant was cleared out yet fully staffed.

Just the way Tefraxis preferred.

He was meeting a representative from the Primeval today to discuss Titan's expansion in their territories.

Catalys flipped a coin with his right hand. The archaic currency was once prevalent across many worlds but now aside from Casinos and backwater systems the device was little more to him than a good luck charm. He was tasked to meet with someone representing a certain corporation known colloquially as Titan. The brand of Titan Industries has spread across the galaxy over its many subsidiaries, factories, and research and development divisions; to say the least they were powerful.

When Alric Kuhn was the CEO of this super corporation he made several business transactions that effectively created a presence within a region owned by zealots -- The Primeval.

Now things were looking rather grim as their allies, the One Sith, were struggling to contain a mess surrounding the corporation that once had been the backbone of their war machine. Whatever Titan wanted now, be it strike a deal or something else, The Primeval had to be careful with who they trusted. Should the One Sith grow uncomfortable it would undoubtedly present a potential weak point within their otherwise solid alliance.

Still; Anja knew better than to put her faith in business. Yet everything this was seemed to be quite the contrary to a profitable gain. That is why she sent her most trusted agent and enforcer to figure out what was going on and how The Primeval might benefit from it.

The Umbaran's eyes scanned the room for whomever Titan sent to negotiate with them. A restaurant was hardly the locale for a zealous empire and titanic corporation to meet when discussing a deal that could potentially change the political nature of the galaxy yet again. Quite clever that there were no other patrons except one.

Approaching the table, Catalys took a seat. "I heard their food was processed from some pink goop. Could you believe that?" His voice was coarse yet quiet, like a loud whisper.

"You should try the jawa juice, it's quite delicious," Tefraxis said, continuing to finish his meal. He dabbed some more salt on his burger and scarfed it in his mouth. There were 3 other empty wrappers sitting on his tray, and two empty cups next to him. It was normal for the restaurant's Staff to not interrupt his meal asking "Are you done with that?". Tefraxis preferred the trash until he was ready to go, and he would eat such massive meals.

He began to slurp heavily on his jawa juice, signaling it was empty. A attendee moved to serve him another, silently, and slid away back behind the counter. Tefraxis pushed the third empty cup to the side and pushed his straw into the new cup.

He continued to slurp, opening a packet of ewok sauce and began to slather it on the next burger.

The last time Catalys saw someone stuff away this much food was when he met that farm girl on... Long story. Needless to say, an appetite such as this not an everyday sight.

"I should," he signaled for a worker, "Jawa juice." The service was quite impressive, without wasted time the young man brought him a fresh beverage. Whatever this representative from Titan did to them it sure was effective... Paid them well? Or intimidated them? Maybe Titan now owns the franchise, who knew.

But as much as Catalys would prefer sipping drinks and seeing how much effort the staff could go through before slipping up he was here for business.

The bald headed Umbaran sat up from his relaxed slouch, taking a drink from the jawa juice. "Titan Industries has garnered a lot of fuss recently, I assume this meeting is more than just about starship contracts?" He crossed his arms before leaning back again.

"It's more about stability for my company's relationship with our clients," Tefraxis continued between bites. "Obviously we can't stand for the One Sith any longer, as murder and assassination of our employees is bad for business and PR. Bit of a hostile region to operate out of, too."

He continued to lay into the food, his massive maw opening up and swallowing a whole carton of fries. Was this intentional, to be this disgusting, or was it a parlor trick to throw the Primeval off his scent.

Or was he just really, really hungry?

"So we're looking to move our capital to more... permanent locations, if you will. We're still a military-minded industry, looking to capitalize with military-minded clients. I wonder if the Primeval continues to hold such a steady head, as it has in the past."
