HISTORY

Prard'ras'ath or, commonly among those that work with him, "Drasa" is a Chiss-Sephi Hybrid who was raised outside of what was nominally Chiss space. Due to this he shares little in the way of Chiss cultural tradition even with his father. Instead his upbringing was best described as 'Imperial'. Which included the social stigmas of being not only non-Human but a hybrid which alienated him from the Chiss who were aligned with the Imperial successor states. Despite a rather isolated childhood Prard'ras'ath showed great aptitude for oration. A talent that quickly pushed him up the hierarchy of Imperial life.

It would not be until the newly established Grand Vizier of a more accepting Imperial successor found his work ethic, oration, and public performance that Drasa could rise to true prominence. He is not without his detractors. Those who claim that the only reason that he was placed in such a lofty position of Press Secretary to the Office of the Grand Vizier was due to the aforementioned Grand Vizier's plan to make the new Imperial power appear more plateable to 'aliens'. These are, of course, only rumors with no admissible evidence.
