Description: As the newly appointed director of G.R.I.M., Mark Crassis has begun to build on the skeletal remains of Galactic Republic Intelligence in order to pave the way for a new era of Intelligence domination. As such, a number of government issued weapons, ships, and devices are in the works to provide the new operatives with the necessary tools to succeed at their duties. The first tool to roll off of the assembly line is the PP-11.
The PP-11 is designed to be used by G.R.I.M.'s elite intelligence operatives and is issued to an agent after completely their vigorous training. The weapon is small and easily concealed, carrying small-caliber but high velocity rounds. They splinter and mushroom on impact, ensuring that when they are used in the line of duty, any chance at ballistic recovery is greatly reduced. The pistol also comes with a built in self-destruct mechanism, allowing the destruction of the pistol as either a means of destroying evidence or for various other uses (e.g., setting a trap on an enemy).
In addition to this, the weapon is also designed to have a number of add-ons put to use when needed. Most often of use to an intelligence operative is the silencer that is able to be attached to the end of the barrel. Unlike a blaster pistol, slugthrowers are able to be silenced. This is a necessary precaution when needing to kill silently and not draw attention. Additionally, a scope can be added to the the gun as well as a laser sight, though given the shorter range of the weapon, these are far less often used than the silencer.
