Planning an assassination plot.

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
It was one of those places, a rough tavern with all the sorts from every scum corner of the Galaxy. Kes just sat quietly at a small table sipping away at her glass of ale. She normally hated these places, yet she was in search for someone, or perhaps a few people. She basically had a job offer, one that required skilled assassins, bounty hunters and the like. She herself was a skilled assassin, however the job in question, the plot to kill a highly ranked senator from Coruscant wound require more than one skilled assassin to pull off. This was why she found herself at the Alley's End Tavern, a run down bar in the underworld of Coruscant, a perfect place for her to find such helpful villains and the like just like herself.

Azalyn had entered the bar looking for a drink, but when she saw [member="Kes En'jusek"] sitting quietly by herself with the air of someone expecting others she knew that her night wold be going differently. She knew Kes from other missions - if she was expecting people it meant that she was planning a mission of her own. She walked past the counter and straight to where Kes sat.

"You look like you're waiting for people. Well, we've met before and if you aren't already aware that I can help, I'm happy to show you." Her eyes pierced those of the assassin sitting in front of her - they were her only exposed feature but they held mystery and intrigue, and she tend to find that if she used one of her looks, it could end up being very persuasive.

Break rarely took to places like this, not quite as refined of an atmosphere he looked for usually and that was putting it lightly.
He however had heard through one of his many contacts that someone here was looking for a job to be done. There werent many details other than the location so Break would have to do some detective work. He had a reputation on the line about what it meant to be an assassin and was interested in finding work again. He looked around noticing someone approach another woman seemingly out of nowhere. Odd, considering their attire and use of this bar in particular Break deduced that perhaps that was the client he was looking for. He took a seat not far away and focused on their conversation with his auditory sensors. He wanted to be sure this was the person he was looking for before he approached her.

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
As Kes quietly sat, a woman approached her. At first she had no idea who she was given she could only see her eyes. Then as she spoke and told her she had worked with her before, the memory of the counterpart assassin she knew as Raven became all familiar to her again. As per usual, Kes showed no emotion, but signalled for the female assassin to sit.

"Yes Raven, I remember you. We pulled off a great job together last time with the theft of those ships. And yes your guess is correct, in that looking at hiring someone for a job. Infact I'm looking at hiring a few people. You Ravern would match the job description perfectly. You are formidable, an equal to my level."

Kes then moved closer to Raven and whispered in her ear to make sure nobody else could hear them. The place may have been full of villains and gangsters, but one could never be too sure.

"I plan to assassinate a senator here on Coruscant. She's secretly aiding the Republic and Jedi. I have my reasons to want to kill her over alerting the Sith and arresting her."

She kept it brief as she decided it would be best to go into details only if Ravern accepted the mission.

"I'm paying from my pocket. 200,000 credits. You get half now and half when the job is complete, you interested?"

As the two assassin women conversed quietly, little did either realise that another, a mercenary droid had gotten their attention at the moment Ravern had approached Kes. His hearing was amplified and he heard everything. Assassination, senator, hiring. The two female assassains had gained his interests as he continued to sit quietly eavesdropping.

Ebon's eyes wandered across the crowd of party goer's, a slow growl forming in his throat. Adorned in an unfamiliar, uncomfortable white ornate dress uniform, he felt more out of place than ever, but it was a thing he would be forced to endure just a while longer. His worn lightsaber dangled from his hip, while his fingers would casually graze across it. Ebon knew the senator was corrupt, but to what extent he still didn't know, and without the authority of an Inquisition member, he could do more than watch. Lucky for Ebon, he was assigned directly to her security detail, so his investigation could be done without suspicion.

As the partygoer's rambled on, Ebon stood and walked towards the balcony, always keeping the Senator in his sight, always making sure she was safe. Eventually, he gaze broke to the Coruscant skyline of thousands of buildings. How curious this planet was... to be completely metropolitan. His thought's danced around the subject a moment before turning to watch the Senator once more, his back leaning against the durasteel rail.

He always did hate parties.

"That certainly sounds rewarding," Azalyn agreed quietly. "Do you have a plan already?"
Assasinating a senator was a difficult task but she knew that it could be done and 200,000 credits sounded like just what she needed. Truth be told, she didn't really care who the target was or who he was aiding - to her, he was no more than her next kill - and putting thought into who they are more than just to find out their skill level could make one emotional about the kill and she always killed most efficiently when it was in cold blood.
Her eyes swept around the bar, checking for eavesdroppers, but nobody nearby was even looking their way.

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
"I have an idea. However it won't be easy. The senator is a she, and she has a team of guards. This may include Sith Inquisitors as well. We need to find a way past the guards and get into her chambers when she is not working. Getting past the main guard needs to be done stealthily. Once we are in, we can eliminate any opposition we encounter, as they will be either solo or in small isolated groups. That's where you will need to assist me."

Kes stopped talking a moment as she thought someone might have been listening in on them, or had begun to have an interest in the 2 assassin women. Although she saw nor sensed nothing and continued.

"The senator is friends with the Jedi Kixi Rajki, and as far as Kixi knows, I'm her friend too. I believe Kixi had spoken to the senator before about me, good things too. Kixi is so stupid and naive. She'll get her turn at a brutal death at my hand all in good time. For now though it's the senator. Once we are in, and killed all resistance that we encounter inside, without arousing suspicion that is, otherwise out mission will go to kark, the senator will probably be surprised to see me and think I'm friendly. That's where I will kill her slowly and painfully."

Kes then leaned back on her seat and sat upright and straightened her posture.

"That's the general gist of it, obviously we'll need to derive a better more detailed plan. However your services will be required to pull it off, as once inside, alone I can't kill all those people, guards, servants, workers, whatever they are without sounding any alarm bells. As team we can pick them off slowly and get to the senator."

Kes would then half smile at her, despite her facial expression remaining as cold as ice.

"By the way, the senator's name is Chintela Anexis."

[member="Azalyn Falconer"], [member="Break"], [member="Ebon"]

The plan seemed simple enough - a lot of deaths that may have been otherwise unnecessary, perhaps, but Kes seemed to prefer permanent silencing methods and she was the contractor here.
"Sounds fine," Azalyn said. "Sith Inquisitors will be a challenge, but if you can break the lightsaber hilts they're powerless against a sword. Otherwise, I think together we can take care of it pretty well. Do we leave now?

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
"Umm regarding the Sith Inquisitors, I don't intend to fight them. In-fact they're not our enemy. If this senator has a Sith Inquisitor watching over her, it means he has no idea of what she is up to. Remember she is assisting the Republic....... And that tramp Kixi the frakken Jedi troll. If we encounter an inquisitor, we do not fight him. It would be hard battle fought for nothing. In reality we are on the same side. Instead if one sees us and tries to stop us, we tell him the truth. In the end he's probably going to want to kill her too, so hey perhaps he might still allow me the honour once I can convince him that I can do it in a more brutal style. In fact Raven, when I finally get to kill Chintela, I want you to watch as she begs for her life and I show her absolute no mercy, how I beat the crap out of her and then strangle her, only to let her breathe at the last second and prolong her life by a few more minutes, only to then strangle her again and kill her."

Kes would speak to the other assassin with absolute no feeling. Her voice was cold, but determined. She held no value for anyone she didn't like. To her, Chintela was no different to an animal one would hunt, and then slaughter it to death.

"Anyway I think we should leave now. This place is giving me the creeps. I can't sense anyone having an interest in us, yet I have a bad feeling someone does. Let's leave now. I've got a place I'm staying at. I've got some information and readouts we can study of the senator's residence. We can derive a proper plan from there."

[member="Azalyn Falconer"], [member="Break"], [member="Ebon"]

Azalyn followed [member="Kes En'jusek"] out of the tavern, considering what she had said. She personally didn't believe in slow painful death - it was one of the most common ways to end up missing out on the kill altogether - but fair enough, plenty assassins did it for the pleasure of kills. 200,000 credits were keeping her from saying anything. Which reminded her -
"Didn't you say I get half the reward now?" she asked.

As Break listened his interest had peaked. Quickly he walked to their table and sat.
"A third, I want in."
He said with a commanding low tone.
"I've heard youre looking for a job to be done and I'm looking for a job to do. Considering your target youre going to need more help than you have presently anyway."

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
Just as the two women were about to get up, they were approached by someone else, a droid. However it or he, Kes assumed it would take the identity of a male droid was not just any droid. He immediately got straight to the point. He wanted in on the job too. I frakken knew someone was eavesdropping. Frakken warrior droid, who frakken else! Kes cursed under her own breath. Kes was an elite assassin, she hated it when she had been defeated. Even at the smallest of things. To her it was a sign of weakness. Yet as she looked at the drolid, showing absolute no emotion in her facial expression whatsoever, she still would get up from her seat along with Raven and head for the door.

"Okay then, I can do with a third person. One of your expertise. You appear to be an expert anyway. You can have in then."

As they walked out, Kes had realised that he had obviously heard everything she had said. Including payment. Normally she wouldn't pay everyone the same. Especially someone she had just met. In respects to Raven, the two had worked together in the past, and Kes was very aware at her skill and talent, thus why she had offered to pay her 200,000 credits. This guy on the other hand was a big unknown. Yet he had heard the amount that she would pay Raven. Kes needed the job done in the end. She wanted no unnecessary quarrels with anyone else. Especially those working for her. So she decided she would make him the same deal. It didn't bother her. She had access to the money. Kixi's own cashed up account. And the Jedi would have no idea where all the money was going. Not after Kes had had Kixi's own officer back on the MXS Morihei Ueshiba well under her own control, and had no problems in having him manipulate and tamper with transactions Kixi would make without him even realising it.

As Raven would then bring up the question of the first half of the payment, Kes thought it would be best to then discuss these terms with both newly hired guns.

"Okay Raven, I will wire the money to your account once we get back to the place I'm staying at. You there droid will have same deal as her. I assume you heard everything right?"

Kes would look at him with a rather irritated look. Oh and what is your name? Or at least what do I call you?

Kes was still irritated at him as they further walked and were almost at their destination.

"I want to get one thing straight with you right now. Do not frakken eavesdrop on me ever again. I take it as a sign of aggression against me. You wanted in, next time approach me like Raven did. You don't want to see the nasty side of me. I kill organic beings slowly for the damn pleasure of looking them in the eye as I feel their life forces drain from their bodies through my own body, as I kill them slowly with my bare hands or up close with a weapon. You might not be organic, but I've smashed annoying droids to many little bits before. Just don't do it again, got it?"

Kes' facial expression showed some anger in it, yet it was still mostly cold and emotionless. They got to the small isolated place Kes was staying at. Kes wasted no time in wiring the money into both her newly hired employees accounts.

"Go ahead and check it, make sure its legit. 100, 000 credits should now be in both your accounts. I just want to make sure you do not have any doubts because I can't have bullkark things get in the way of the mission."

After that was done and they were all settled in, Kes would begin to go into some detail.

I've been observing the senator for some days now. Her guards shouldn't be easy to slip past, that is her outside guards. So getting into her rather large residence should be easy. There are these garbage tunnels that run here and here."

Kes would point out on the holo map she had just only put up a minute before.

"Once we are in, then we make our way slowly and stealthily to here, her personal chambers. I have observed she mostly spends her time there on her days off. We will encounter groups of people here and there. Probably solo, or in groups of 2 or 3. Regardless on who they are, we kill them as we encounter them and then hide the bodies in the nearest storage rooms or whatever is suitable. Do not hold back, show no mercy and please do not make any noise when killing. Otherwise you're free to kill however you best please to. Eventually we will reach Chintela's chambers, and I will not only kill her slowly and pleasure myself, I will record it with a small camera attached to my little earpiece. Just so I can re-watch it for my own viewing pleasure afterwards."

Kes then turned off the map, her facial expression showing absolute no remorse in her words and added one last thing.

"I've observed one last thing. She seems to have a SIth Inquisitor watching over her. He watches from a far, from another building. As we are entering from the tunnels beneath, he may not take notice of us. However he is Sith and that means he is highly intelligent. If he happens to show up while we are in Chintela's home, do not engage him. Chances are he is not aware of Chintela's treachery to begin with. Fighting him would be a waste of our own resources. The 3 of us together could perhaps challenge him, but what for. He would arrest her for treason if he found out what she were up to. Instead I being the leader of this mission will present to him the evidence of Chintela's treachery. He will then either be forced to arrest her, but knowing the Sith he would rather have her dead. Convincing him to allow us to continue with our mission should not prove difficult. In fact he may in the end help us get to Chintela's chambers with further ease."

Lastly Kes produced another holo recording. It was of the Jedi Knight Kixi Rajki and Senator Chintela discussing or exchanging vital information regarding the One Sith's presence and operations on Coruscant.

"I'm bringing this with me. It will be all I need to show that Inquisitor in the event that we were to encounter him."

Kes then turned it off and put it away and looked up at the other two present in the room with her.

"Anyone got any questions before we get ready and head out?"

[member="Azalyn Falconer"], [member="Break"], [member="Ebon"]

Azalyn whipped a device from out of her belt and scanned it. "The money's legit. I must say, this array of information...it's pretty impressive. No questions from me."
She looked towards the droid. "If you're in, you're in, but just so you know, either of us could've damn well done the job without you."

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
Kes would nod in acknowledgment regarding that the transaction was completed. For now. She would still have to pay the other half at the end of all this, something she had no problem with following through with at all. Kes may have been a cold blooded killer, yet she wasn't one to prefer to have too many enemies of her own. Paying her debts or following through with bargains was always Kes' way.

"Good then. I'm all geared up already. If you are too, let's go."

Once everyone was ready to leave, they all left and made their way to the senator's place of resistance. Kes and co. would find themselves in a nearby building were Kes took a peep in her micro binoculars.

"It's her day off today and she's come back from her morning run. She's one pretty young politician. That Sith is in that other building watching her as well. Make sure as we go down for the tunnels that he doesn't notice us. He's sensory and eye sight are very enhanced due to the Force."

Kes then lowered her micro binoculars.

"This will be the senator's last morning run as her life in this plane of existence is going to be ending shortly."

Kes would laugh softly as they then made their way to the lower levels were the sewage of the senator's building lay.

[member="Azalyn Falconer"], [member="Ebon"]

Azalyn followed calmly, putting a hand to the pistol on her belt in case she should need to draw it, and waited behind [member="Kes En'jusek"]. She saw a woman jogging up ahead.
"That's her?" She said, almost sneering. "This plot seems overly complicated. We'll make easy work of her."

Ebon's eyes watched from the tower above to the jogging Senator.

Disgusting... A sinner. She was no more than a cretin, but he was tasked with defending her regardless. He balanced the railway hundreds of feet above her, his own tongue running across his serrated teeth for any food left from his previous meal. His amber eye's peered from beneath the hood, his mind wandering to the rest of the security team. They were nothing more than personal guards she hired, and he was sure she only hired a few for their looks, as almost none of them had serious amounts of training, nor a right to truely be defending a senator.

A small pager rang on his side, indicating the Senator was back to her building. He gave it a momentary glance before pressing it's reset switch, and with it he stood. It took minimal effort, but jumping from his building to the next was easy enough work. As he landed on her balcony, she came through the door, and they made eye contact just before she gave small gasp.

"I hate when you do that!", she screeched.

Good. Ebon gave a small nod and moved to stand on her balcony, his back to her railing.

"I'm going to shower... make sure noone comes in.", she commanded dully, Ebon offering only a quiet sneer in response. Annoying.

Regardless, nobody would come in. His eye's moved to the door and his breathing slowed, taking a moment to meditate.

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
Kes took a moment to stare at the senator Chintela Anexis. Now it was just her and Raven. Break had decided to withdraw at the last moment. It didn't concern Kes that the droid had to withdraw at the last minute due to other commitments. Raven had commented that they could do the job without him. Kes had agreed with Raven all along, however had chosen not to snob him away at the time as she didn't know what to expect. Now that he was gone, and Kes had reversed the funds she had given him back to herself, it would be just Raven and herself.

The two assassins discretely made their way to the lower levels. The tunnels lay ahead and it would be easy enough for the two to get into them and crawl their way through. Even for the much taller Raven, moving in such confined spaces seemed like child's play. Although the stench which was expected was terrible. Inside the tubes the two would find it slippery, although Kes had it under control as she used a series of grappling hooks to pull her forward with Raven tethered to her. Eventually the two would reach an opening. One of the garbage shouts. It was a good thing that it had been early in the morning, and no rubbish was being disposed of, Kes thought to herself as the two then got out and set foot on the basement level of Chintela's home.

"Okay Raven, this looks like its gonna be an easy buck for you. Chintela is probably in her main quarters now showering. All you need to do is back me up if we encounter resistance of any sort. Once we're at her quarters, we'll simply walk in. I'll then shut the door and then pleasure myself in Chintela's blood. Last I checked that Sith was still at the other building. Hopefully he's still there or hopefully nowhere near or around Chintela's quarters."

The two would slowly make their way up to the next level. "Her quarters are on level 5. She has one big apartment complex." Kes would whisper to Raven. Kes although one of few friends, was starting to take a liking in Raven. Of course although the two were strictly business partners, Kes who normally cared for no one or other people's lives didn't want to see her hurt.

"There doesn't seem to be anyone around here. So I guess we wont have to kill anyone yet. That small lift over there, it's used by the cooks and cleaners. It hardly appears to be used. Lets use it to go straight to level 5. Hopefully we encounter no one."

The two did just that, got in the lift and went straight to level 5. As they exited they noticed someone coming around the corner. Kes quickly grabbed Raven by the arm so the two could duck around a nearby corner. The man, just a clerk of some sort walked straight past not noticing the two assassins who were well concealed.

"His lucky day I guess, I'm going to let him live." Kes whispered to Raven. "Look straight ahead, the door to her quarters. And just two about to be deceased guards at the front of it. Let's move, follow me."

Kes knew she had to kill the guards without making too much noise. And that she made sure of. As she got closer, she fired two tranquilising darts at the men in rapid succession.Both would drop and and as they did, Kes would lunge at them and stab each one of them in the chest with one of her daggers.

"Okay Raven how easy was that. You haven't had to do anything yet. Now we walk in. If there are guards inside, kill them as I shut the door. Once I am done with the senator, we might have to fight our way out, so your services will definitely be needed."

Kes had already opened the door even before she had finished speaking. The two walked in and then Kes would slam the door shut. Yet there were no guards around. No one except a cloaked figure standing on the balcony who was coming straight back in.

"What! How? Where the frak did you come from?" Was all that Kes could stutter out of her mouth when she saw the Sith, the same one that had been watching the senator from across a different building, began walking towards the two women. And what perfect timing it was, Chintela had also just come out of her bathroom, dressed in casual clothing in the form of shorts and an open sleeved top, since it was her day off.

"What in the name is this? Who the hell are you two. Ebon how did they get in here? Chintela would demand, yet at the same time surprised.

[member="Azalyn Falconer"], [member="Ebon"]

Azalyn's eyes widened as she saw the Sith. Inquisitors she could handle - she'd done it before, all you had to do was break their lightsabers - but there was no way she would be able to kill the Sith. Survive, she probably could, but she would be damned if this was the first time she failed her mission. The only way she could finish this alive was to have the Sith on her side.

"You are her guard? A Sith guarding a Jedi?" she said, laughing cruelly. That was all she would have to say, and now the Sith would abandon the woman he was guarding. She was sure of it.

Kes En'jusek

Cold Blooded Assassin.
Kes briefly looked at Raven and then back at the Sith. Not that Raven needed any help from Kes to defend herself, and not that it really mattered as the Sith Inquisitor was still more powerful than the two of them put together, but for some reason Kes put her hand out at Raven in a way that would put Kes in the first line of attack of the Sith should he chose to attack. Not even realising it, Kes felt for her fellow assassin and did not want to see her hurt.

"I will not lie to you Sith, I'm sorry I do not know your name, but we have come here for one purpose only. To kill her." Kes would point her finger at Chintela, her facial expression showing no emotion and cold as ice. "If you will allow me and will give me the chance to, I have compelling evidence I can show you here and now that she has been secretly aiding and collaborating with the Jedi and the Republic."

[member="Ebon"], [member="Azalyn Falconer"]

Ebon stood before them, nearing 7 feet tall, with lightsaber already in hand. While still unlit, it’s imposing glow was substituted for the gilded eye’s beneath his hood. His leather armor held tightly to him, and his muscles lay tensed long before the two came into the room, the force allowing him to foresee their presence long before they did.

Almost disappointingly, he waited for them to make a move, but they didn’t. They chose words.

You are her guard? A Sith guarding a Jedi?”, the cockier of the two spouted off.

Disgusting.

I will not lie to you Sith, I'm sorry I do not know your name, but we have come here for one purpose only. To kill her… If you will allow me and will give me the chance to, I have compelling evidence I can show you here and now that she has been secretly aiding and collaborating with the Jedi and the Republic."

Who were they to tell him something he already suspected? Even more disgusting. Ebon offered little more than a soft sneer, followed by the quiet growl of his voice in the darkness that seemed to envelope the room in a tight and heavy silence.

All I smell is fear, and false confidence.

A single edge of his lightsaber ignited, washing the room in a crimson glow.

You speak to me with such disrespect, I should kill you both where you stand.

His eye’s slowly moved to Azalyn, speaking once more in a more gravelly tone.

And I assure you, where you stand.

His gaze hovered on her for a moment longer before the second edge of his blade ignited, revealing the full, nearly 8 foot length of his double edged saber. He looked to Kes once more;

I’ll give you one minute. Plead your case to me why this senator should die, and if the gods favor you, then you shall live. If they don’t, you die.

Speak quickly.

His eye’s closed to mere squints, his breath slowing as he watched the two, lightsaber still at his side.
