Special FeaturesStrengths & Weaknesses
  • + Augmented Speed & Maneuverability: Due to the incorporation of two Pulsed Ion Engines, the PIE/MN "Thrall" Starfighter is capable of speeding up, slowing down, and maneuvering about much more swiftly than the average starfighter. However, it can still be matched and outpaced by the standard interceptor in these areas.
  • + Energy Efficiency: Furthermore, the "Thrall" Starfighter enjoys an exceptional fuel efficiency on the field of battle. It's engines, which conserve fuel and energy that would typically be wasted by "continuous burn" technology, allow for the vessel to stay on the battlefield longer and dedicate more power to other systems.
  • - Engine Fragility: Due to the presence of additional parts, the engine units of the "Thrall" Starfighter are much more susceptible to attack then average. In the event of shield droppage, the engines can withstand less punishment when compared to the average, ion engine.
  • - Production Cost: Due to the moderately high price tag associated with the Pulsed Ion Engines, the final production cost of the "Thrall" Starfighter is expensive. As such, losses on the battlefield are all the more serious to those fielding these vessels, for repairs and replacements are not cheap in the slightest.
  • - Inactivity: Due to the nature of the vessel's engine units, if a "Thrall" Starfighter is inactive for large periods of time, it will experience difficulty starting up. Furthermore, the vessel, in general, has a much larger start up time when compared to the average starfighter.

Enter the Pulsed Ion Engine/Main Starfighter; Otherwise known as the PIE/MN "Thrall" Starfighter.

First of its kind, this vessel is characterized by the presence of two of the corporation's flagship product: Pulsed Ion Engines! These innovative propulsion systems allow for the vessel to maneuver itself with vastly greater ease when compared to the norm; and move at a pace that is the definition of above-average. Furthermore, the vessel's armaments have been carefully selected in order to afford it versatility on the battlefield. There is no major complaints on this, but following the template please can you move the ooc information to the bottom? I know it may seem a nitpick but its something we've tried to enforce with the new template and I myself have had to fix similar mistakes.

Other than that this looks fine and balanced.
