[SIZE=9pt]Despite scouring the sea floor for weeks, Phorcys would still be a difficult metal to uncover. Formed under the pressure and heat of submarine volcanoes, the metal remains on the sea floor or in undersea lava channels waiting to be uncovered. The catch? Phorcys is incredibly heavy. Specialized equipment, extra oxygen and geologists are all required in order to bring a piece of the metal to the surface. Once on the surface, Phorcys has its own dangerous qualities. Sentients reported a sickness. Trial and error brought about placing the metal into thick tunqstoid lined boxes, so heavy droids are required to cart around the material from location to location. [SIZE=9pt]Despite the troubles Phorcys will cause, it is becoming prized in the green energy sector for providing energy to the masses. Giving off heat from a natural fission-like process, the metal can be harnessed to heat water to run a generator that produces power. While the metal can be used for run of the mill power for everyday use, it is currently unclear if it could power vehicles or starships. [/SIZE]
