STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Acid Spitter: The saliva of a Vespert is extremely acidic, so much that it melts through most metals, given enough time.
Not a Picky Eater: Vesperts can literally get nutrition from ingesting almost anything.
Take Flight: Petri can fly... Yep, not that complicated
Self-Sustaining: Vesperts do not breathe oxygen, instead, they obtain it through what they eat. Theoretically, Petri could survive in the cold vacuum of space until he got hungry.
FU: Petri is Force-Sensitive, although untrained. This sharpens his reflexes, and gives him random bursts of what he calls "Magic Tricks".
Little: Petri is tiny. I mean, super-small. He can get into tight spaces, and is great at sneaking around. However, because of this, he is extremely weak, and finds difficulty in using almost all technology.
Weak: Due to his size, Petri won't be winning any heavy-lifting competitions. He can barely press buttons
Naive: Petri is extremely clueless, and isn't all that bright when it comes to social situations.
Ravenous: Vesperts have extremely high metabolisms, so they need to eat constantly.
Primitive: This little guy has no idea what most things are besides a good-tasting snack. He often doesn't know proper names for things, and has absolutely no idea how said things work
APPEARANCE:
Petri is tiny. Often, he moves so fast, onlookers only catch a glimpse of brown as he flies by. If one were to get a good look at him, however, they would see a small bat-like creature, with long, wide ears that swivel constantly on his head. His eyes are black and beady, usually radiating curiosity from his small face. His wings are large, billowy, and flap through the air like a warm knife through butter. He always has a very attentive air about him, as if he always pays attention to everything around him.
BIOGRAPHY:
Petri, unlike most Vespert, never grew up with his own kind. The small sentient creature had been raised in a pet shop, wrongfully mistaken as a less-sentient being. As an adorable little bat, the little Vespert was bought by a loving family, and affectionately named "Petri". The little guy lived happily like this for a year, until he picked up how to speak Basic. The family, shocked, quickly booted him out to live on his own. Petri didn't let the experience change him, though, and he's been stowing away on ships and basically getting into shenanigans ever since.
