Description: Following a series of incidences where information was leaked on her schemes, Alicia Drey had the technological developer Chandrila DataTech create a personal signal jamming device that would disrupt the incoming and outgoing signals used for transmissions. When activated, the device jams the radio devices that may be used to transmit between itself and another source, as well as any recorders from effectively recording any conversation or sound if it is within a ten yard radius of the signal hammer.

The personal signal jammer will also block any transmission from a beacon and/or device that can be used to trace someone, if found within the ten yard radius of the signal jamming device. This means that anyone attempting to trace and/or track someone via a signal and/or radio transmission will be unable too until that signal and/or transmission moves out of the ten yard radius of the signal jamming device.

The personal signal jammer cannot block and/or disrupt the transmissions, signals and/or recordings of other devices if they are outside of it's ten yard radius. Whilst this is effective for people wearing a wire or some sort of handheld device that would otherwise complete the objective of recording and/or transmitting itself to a source outside of that ten yard radius, a long range device such as a satellite or long range recorder might be able to pick up conversation as the signal jamming would not effect it due to being outside of the ten yard radius of the device.

It cannot disrupt image or video recordings.

Can you explain a bit more how this functions? It seems as though this device is meant to scramble radio communications, but it also seems to indirectly indicate that it somehow dampens all sound within a 10 yard radius. I would need to know how one or the other clearly functions to approve this.

For instance, if this is simply a radio comm scrambler, just indicate that it is meant to jam radio interference and interception to and from the source. If this is meant to actually sound proof a 10 yard area, you'll need to substantiate that with how it accomplishes that.

Beacons or devices that release a signal that can be followed to the source will be disrupted until that beacon or device moves out of the ten yard radius of the personal jamming device.

With regard to this, will these devices fail to report any location at all? Or just an inaccurate one until it is removed from the affected area of this jammer?
