Description:
On paper, this vessel is an unexceptional pocket carrier. However, its hangars have been configured in such a way that, if fighters and their modular support mechanisms are not included or are removed, maximized fully functional cargo space is available for Savant-class cargo containers. Their numbers vary depending on other cargo space needs, including temporary refit/repair procedures on the transports, and depending on the skill of the loader. If necessary, these cargo containers can also be secured to the outer hull, or even linked up and towed behind the vessel for a sacrifice in acceleration and maneuverability (speed to class 5).

The vessel is optimized to resist pirate attacks in the following ways. A diversified selection of defense guns allows for comprehensive moderate coverage across all range categories, to handle fighter strafing runs and warhead barrages. Capital guns on fastmounts allow superior targeting solutions on vessels of speed 4 and below. Likewise, the fast mounts allow the gunners to compensate for the vessel's own maneuverability. QQ-4U85 Tractor Shrouds allow the ship some leeway in escaping larger vessels' tractor beams. Cap drains offer protection against EMPs and Connor nets, including charges from mag pulse warheads and ion cannons. However, sustained ion bombardment from larger vessels could overload the cap drain and disable the ship regardless. Furthermore, several false docking ports contain outward-facing personnel-scale shaped charges which can dispense a moderate amount of explosive force and shrapnel if detonated by an attempt to cut inside the hull. These false docking port charges can be removed easily from inside, with the appropriate code.

When sold to the patrol forces and government interests of the Levantine Sanctum, this vessel is fully outfitted with proprietary Levantine personal technology, including, but not limited to, QQ-15L-3 Extreme Conditions Armored Suits, Scanpacks, Lightbringer Sensor Nodes, translation droids, and proprietary sidearms.

This looks to be mostly in order.

However after conferring with the other starship judges, we came to the consensus that the cap drain is not acceptable, due to the tech's short, vague description. We did agree that it could be used as a basis for a future tech sub to achieve a similar effect, but that there's just too much not known about it for it to be used on ships. So on those grounds, the cap drain will have to go.
